Everything, from pulling into the heated service bay to the WiFi charger in the waiting room and the freshly washed vehicle after the scheduled servicing, was top notch. Oh, and the service people too!

After visiting two other dealerships in Illinois that tried to scam up by misstating the sticker price and adding $3k “services” that we didn’t want, such as fabric protection or LoJack, we were hunting for a dealer that liked doing business with its customers and treated them with respect. Boy did we find the right dealer at Lynch Buick. It was a two hour drive to get there but totally worth it. Our sales person Steve was knowledgeable and friendly and had totally prepared for our visit, even though we hadn’t yet committed to the sale. The finance person Patty stayed late and did extra work to take care of the more complicated state-to-state sale to get us back to Illinois, and she beat the finance rate we already had. They even worked to match prices from other Illinois dealers even though they’d already listed the car below sticker price. We are really happy we got to work with smart people to close a sale rather than fighting those other dealers to avoid a scam. So happy we came across Lynch! And so happy we decided on the Buick! We ended the day with a really nice dinner in West Bend and a great drive home.

The sales department, the price, the service department, the finance department. Everybody is just excellent. They got a great team they’re no nonsense they work with you. They try to put things together and make it make sense and they stand behind their word. They’re a great dealership I won’t shop anywhere else.

I stopped in to do a test drive, fully expecting to walk out based on numbers. However, I fell in love with the car and thanks to the magic wielded by Patti and the Lynch team, I was able to drive off with a beautiful new set of wheels and a lower than anticipated monthly payment. I came in and had an idea of what I wanted. I didn't think we would make anything happen on the last Friday of the month (afternoon). I left with a brand new GMC Sierra that I am very happy with. The entire process was very quick and painless. Every staff member that I dealt with was very professional and knowledgeable.

My engine light was on, they were able to source the problem and gave me a quote. What started as a simple solution, ended up being more headaches for the technician. During the process, Dan did a great job always keeping me up to date on the status. Even though it took extra time and some materials, they never went over the quoted price. Great job from everyone at Lynch GMC in West Bend WI.

In for regular service, oil change and tire rotation. They washed my truck when done. Nice friendly service writer. Clean waiting area.
