“Seriously amazing. I was taking my kids to school and noticed a noise from my car. Realized it was a screw in my tire. I called several places only for everyone to tell me they were booked, or booking out to next week.
I called them and they immediately said to bring it on in.
I'm so thankful for them. They put a plug in it and told me the tires are going to need to be replaced soon. No sugar coating anything, adding more on...

“I reached out to the manager of this store after I experienced a nightmare oil change at the Jackson branch in which they left my oil plug loosened and did not reattach the oil filter guard. Even after returning and having them fix their mistakes they insisted on everything was fixed and good to go. Even after leaving the car was not running properly. I brought it to the West Bend branch and had him look it over, where they found that the oil was filled more than double the maximum in my car. They properly corrected the mistakes of the other branch and reinspected to make sure there were no other issues. Overall very pleased with my West Bend branch experience and appreciate them taking the time with helping me through this.”

“I had my bumper replaced in 2020. They did a great job but... the paint started peeling. I took it in and it was a defect from the bumper manufacturer. Jay's replaced the bumper at no expense. And they did an outstsnding job matching the paint. Very pleased with their work and service!”

“Last January, Walsh Auto Professionals (across from Hankerson's Bakery on Hwy 33 in West Bend), not only perfectly repaired the blown head gasket on my 2004 Ford Taurus, but they also replaced the cracked antifreeze overflow tank, all 6 spark plugs, serpentine belt, windshield washer hose assembly, two tires, and gave my car a front-end alignment, all for just $2000 (whereas, a different shop next to Charcoal Grill, wanted $6000 just for the head gasket, alone....SHEESH)!
Heck, Walsh even replaced the valve stem caps on ALL four of my tires, without charging me a dime for them! WHO DOES THAT, these days???
Most places will nickel and dime you into the poor house! But Walsh takes care of you...every step of the way!! ;-)”

“My last experience with these folks was aggravating from start to finish. However, I'm giving them 5 stars because of the manager (who's name eludes me at the moment).I explained my frustration with the scheduler giving me the wrong time, to the service department not only being unable to answer my service-related questions but quoting me two vastly different prices for the same work.The manager listened to my concerns (again, I apologize that I can not recall his name), and seemed to take an interest in fixing the rampant internal communication problems. So, despite my frustrations, I have to give Heiser 5 stars solely because of that manager.”
