“Give Terrance at West Bend all the gold stars!!! My licenses plates were rusted on and two screws had to be sawed off. There was nothing to put new screws into anymore and Terrance found alternatives for me to use and even installed my back license plate. Really made my day when I felt like I was out of options. “The staff here went above and beyond typical customer service! Several months ago, I drove to Advanced Auto Parts for a new car battery. I parked and went to the door, but unfortunately they were closed because they were out of power. I was stranded in the parking lot with a dead battery and a sleeping toddler in the backseat, trying to figure out what to do next. I didn't realize there were workers in the store, until they came out to check on me. After I explained my situation, the employee helped change my battery and, since their computers were down, trusted me to come back the next day to pay the bill. I am so thankful for his kindness and will be sure to give them my business in the future!”
