I absolutely hate navigating health insurance system and have only been given the run around by doctors offices and insurance companies in all of my experience dealing with anything relating to health insurance. Sadie & her team have made everything so so easy and straightforward (by doing everything for me..) from setting up my insurance, to potentially cancelling it, to finding out what may be covered, to how I can save money, etc etc, and anytime I have a question about my plan I send an email and receive a thorough response within hours on a business day. Somehow I pay nothing for these services, but the customer service is still exceptional. I appreciate and am grateful for this advocate service!

WIHIA helped our business in a big way. We were using a different agent who was only able to quote us a few plans, and we weren't terribly impressed with the one we had. We had problems with the company and the old agent couldn't really do much to help us. We switched to Wisconsin Health Insurance Advocate and Sadie was able to quote us more plans we hadn't been told about before, and got us enrolled in a co-pay plan that the employees like better and costs the business less. She's even helping us figure out how to negotiate down an employee's medical bill that seems to have an error on it. When we had new employees she responded to our request for help in no time at all. I've never met someone more knowledgeable about this insurance market, or more consumer-focused, and I work in healthcare!
