We just purchased a new RAV4 and had a great experience. We worked with Prentiss, and he was very friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. The best thing about him, though, is that he never left us sitting for 20 minutes to get a question answered. If he didn't have an answer, he literally jogged to get it and jogged back. And his cell phone # is on his card AND he even answered it when he wasn't working. Charles helped us in finance, and he was very friendly and helpful. There was no hard sell here.

Matt Waller was amazing!! He was both friendly and professional and made purchasing a car so easy. He was thorough and made sure the options he offered were within my budget. He went above and beyond by mailing my garage remote I had forgotten in the car I traded in. I highly recommend Matt. The reason I am not giving them 5 stars is because the process took a while, I was there for over 3 hours waiting on their finance team.

Tim Hansen was a fantastic salesman. He is very nice, knowledgeable, and works hard. I’d give him 5 stars if this review was solely based on the salesman and that part of the process.The bad part: I received paperwork in the mail and noticed a discrepancy on that paperwork and what I was told while meeting with the finance person on the day of purchasing the vehicle. I sent an email to the finance manager who helped me to get clarification. Waited two days and no response. I forwarded the email to one of the finance directors and again, no response. I then forwarded the email to the other finance director and again, no response. I understand they are busy, but I did not get any response from 3 people who are supposed to be managers and directors. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED and FRUSTRATED. I’d give the financing aspect and finance department 0 stars if I could. Tim was awesome, but I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealer due to the finance department.

I have purchased cars in the past. Have had mixed success, and find it very dependent on the specific sales person. My friend just purchased a new vehicle. He felt that it was a reasonable experience.The facility is very nice. Spacious and lots of amenities for customers. First time that I have seen an area in that kids that play, while their parents are buying a car, or waiting for service.

If I could give this company no stars I would , first let me start by saying I never write bad review to any company . we purchased a brand new Toyota Tundra 2022. We brought the truck in due to the front seat shifter stopped working, we came to pick the truck up and noticed chipped paint on the front driver door . This was addressed to the manager Jay he agreed that it was not there prior to drop off . I waited 5 months for them to my truck to Waukesha to be painted due to the mistake they made . I then picked my car up once it was ready and noticed the color match is completely different than the original color of my car . The outside door trim is falling off on both sides of the car , and the black lettering that was on the Tundra trunk disappeared .We have been without a car for days while they try and fix the mistakes they made , we have been in the dealership more times than I would like to admit . I have called multiple times , with no help. Still dealing with this for a year and the problem has not been fixed .This is a brief story of my experience, this has been hell for someone that values and works hard for what they have . The truck was brand new with NO FLAWS , until it was brought to this dealership. This dealership has completely ruined my car .

I bought a vehicles from Toyota almost two years back. Today I call to find out more about the warranty that they gave me and the lady who answer my called told me "No they will no help me find my warranty. No I cannot help you." Then send me to an advisor. it sounds it went back to the customer service line and after 2 rings she click on me.

Was happy with my experience at Wilde until dealing with Noman Arshad. He told me if I got the extended warranty it would be very easy to cancel with a simple phone call. Well I tried to cancel and that " simple phone call" was months ago. A lot of back and forth with no one helping and me still paying for something I don't want. It also costs more than what he told me it would. On top of that, I said no to this warranty 4 times and he kept lowering the price under the agreement that it would be extremely easy to cancel. I feel taken advantage of.

Always dread having to buy a car. Haven’t purchased a car from a dealer in 20 years. Happy to have made Tim Hansen’s acquaintance. Any questions we had he found answers to. Had an issue with the vehicle I was purchasing and it was kept overnight to make sure the problem was resolved. Marcus Love was our finance guy. He also did a great job walking us through everything. And, my son had purchased his Tacoma the same week.

My experience at Wilde was fantastic! It felt like I had known my salesman Leon for years, almost like talking to an old friend. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted and Leon made the process quick and painless! The overall environment is relaxed and the facilty is beautiful. The gentleman who assisted me in the finance department was great. He didn't pressure me into anything and he treated me with respect! I love my new 2024 Camry, and I highly recommend Wilde for your next car buying experience!

This was my first time purchasing a car and was a bit unsure about how the process would go. Immediately upon meeting Tim "TW" Hansen my concerns were alleviated. He listened to me, wasn't pushy, and was very honest with me. He helped me cross a number of obstacles with the upmost care and respect. He answered all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with the process. I feel lucky that I waltzed into Wilde when I did and got set up with Tim, and I will expect to utilize him for any future car needs.Wilde itself is a strong dealership. Folks are friendly, the place is clean and well run. The Finance Manager I worked with, Phil Lo, was also excellent in laying out all options available to me without seeming overbearing which I really appreciated. He was quick and efficient but also made time to answer any question I had.Overall, I had a fantastic experience and will be using Wilde Toyota in the future barring any material changes.

My service center experience for routine car maintenance was not positive, due to lack of professionalism of employees and long wait times. I spent 3.5 hours in order to have a tire rotation, air filter change, and car wash. I waited on site in the waiting room. Although I arrived on time to my appointment, I was not checked in for service for over 20 minutes. After my car was taken for servicing by representative Basilio, I did not receive any updates and was never told that my servicing was complete. My request for updates via their messaging system went unanswered. So I just sat there waiting. When I asked for an update at the desk, was told my car had been ready "for a while now" without apology or explanation. I do not anticipate returning to this location for routine servicing, especially not given the price paid.

I just bought a 23 Corolla there,and feel really mistreated! I got suckerd in to buy the maintenance package and was shocked when I got my first bill!I called the person who financed my car,left a voicemail and no return call. Today I stopped by to cancel in person and he told me I need it because the electronics will break after the new car warranty! So basically he admitted Toyotas aren't really reliable! I called and left I message for the financing manager,will see if I will hear from him!Please be aware,if you order a car all prices and fees will change until you get your car!And it seems after you paid you are not an important thing anymore!Toyota yes, Wild Toyota not so much
