Absolutely awful, they are extremely slow, rude and act like you depositing money is an inconvenience. They obviously don’t care because there are no repercussions from management as they constantly get bad reviews and scores and nothing changes. The management team just watches as the line builds.

Everytime I go there is always only 1 maybe 2 tellers. The transactions I do take 10 minutes. I’ve had other customers get mad at me because they have to wait so long. Hire more staff or shut down the location. It’s crazy

My experience here was great. Everyone was friendly and helpful, especially Erica. They got my problem handled and sent me on my way quickly and efficiently. My only negative is that they are only open during my working hours so I have to make a quick trip on my lunch break.

I went into the bank to pay off my wife’s car loan, I had all the paperwork, her payoff anmount, her SS#, and my ID. They wouldn’t let me pay off the loan, because I “wasn’t on her account”. My ID shows us at the same address, and I asked if they could call her or I could call her? They said “no, she’d have to call corporate.” So I got the phone number and called from the parking lot and they had no problem taking my money over the phone. The trip to the bank took about 40 minutes of my time, I wish I’d stayed home. I understand policies but it seems to me that the people in the bank (the teller, his boss, and the branch manager) really didn’t think this through or else are not on the same page as “corporate.” The service sucked, but at least they weren’t rude, that’s why I’m giving 2, rather than 1, stars.

On Saturday while doing a drive thru transaction where I deposited a $3000 check into my account, the teller deposited my check into someone else's account. After the deposit never showed up by Monday I called the bank who had no record of the deposit, thankfully I kept the deposit receipt. I took the deposit receipt to the bank and they see where the teller incorrectly deposited my check into a wrong account, but it's 3 days later and they still haven given me back my money, filled up with me and when I call none knows anything., they have to search for the claim. Why should I have to prove that so.eone that works there did the wrong thing. I have things bouncing on my account because of the bank employees mistake.I can't even buy groceries or anything else.

Called six times with no answer during regular hours. Is this seriously how they do business? I am complaining to the company. I called another branch four times and they didn't answer either. Just awful.

Terrible location ATM is not accepting deposits half the time and even though they have 4 windows their is always one worker at the window and one hiding behind the printers, came here for a simple deposit due to the atm, took nearly 40minutes unacceptable, truly making me consider leaving Wells Fargo as a whole.

I would rather drive too the Wells Fargo on Layton by the airport even though this location is about a mile away. There is never enough staff and they treat you quite poorly. I noticed two other people when I was in there were also unhappy. I believe they need too make some huge changes. Good luck!

It's 2 pm. Only 1 teller assisting customers 1 guy standing there watching him work. 2 employees on floor behind desks on thier phones. Drive thru is packed and 7 customers waiting.......Yup this place is poorly ran!

The best part about this location is the ATM. Regardless of if you just need change or a simple withdrawal…expect to wait 20-30 minutes (drive-through or inside) unless your using the ATM. They should put an ATM inside that allows to select $1, $5, and $10 bills. That way you don’t have to wait for a teller.

As a customer for over 12 years I'd hope they'd be willing to let me print a single piece of paper with account info. Apparently "I need to go find a friend with a printer"Also INCREDIBLY long wait timesThe past few years WF has really taken a turn for the worse. Excited to be switching my services to Chase
