This Walgreens West Allis location is the worst place. Every time, I refill my prescription and they take a lot of time get time my prescriptions. They didn't call you update and I didn't recommended anyone go to this location because they were very bad customer services.

Terrible experience covid testing there!!! Go to CVS. 1000x better. I had to retest because the person giving little instructions did NOT know what she was doing!! And the results came back that it was a bad test and to retest! TERRIBLE! DON'T GO THERE!

I got my wisdom teeth taken out and decided to come to this Walgreens pharmacy to get my prescription taken care of. I gave it to them around around 330pm and they said that it would be ready in an hour an a half so around 5, which is understandable. I called around 510 to ask if it was ready yet and they told me another 30 minutes. I said okay and proceeded to wait again for 45 minutes and when I called AGAIN all they could tell me was that a male pharmacist was working on it. They wouldn't even tell me a time after this. The people on the phone just kept giving me random times instead of properly asking someone else who would know or even have an answer for me. It is unfair to the customers who have to wait even longer when they need the medicine or prescriptions, especially when they are in pain. This Walgreens Pharmacy needs to really find other employees or properly inform the ones they have now.

They are awful here at there pharmacy. I requested a refill on Sunday and it is Wednesday and I am still waiting for the prescription. I was told on Sunday by the male pharmacist that it should be ready on Tuesday but when I went in on Tuesday after 4 pm like they told me it wasn't ready. And today being Wednesday it still isn't ready with no reason given this time. You wait on hold for 20 to 30 minutes while trying to get a hold of the pharmacy and then it rings and they hang up on you. This has happened to me on three separate occasions. Their online app sucks too because it is always deleting my orders or cancels them without giving a reason. That is why I have to call the pharmacy to find out what is wrong with my prescriptions. I filed a complaint with the headquarters about this pharmacy and never heard back from them as of today. Poor customer service. Very rude pharmacist and staff in the pharmacy. I will be taking my prescriptions to another pharmacy that actually cares about their customers. If I could give zero stars I would.

I stopped here on my way to work looking to purchase a badge clip. You know? To hang my badge from my scrubs so my patients know who I am. Not only was I greeted when I walked in the door, the employee Charlie assisted me immediately when I looked lost. When we came to the conclusion that they didn't have what I was looking for. She without hesitation went to the employee office and gave me a badge clip from her stash for employees. Free of charge I now have a badge clip and something that could have been a headache for me was made simple by her genuine kindness and willingness to help.

I usually get my prescriptions filled at the Walgreens on hwy 100 and Layton. My dr sent a prescription there and they did not have the product so I had them send the prescription to this store. I received a notice that they were having an insurance issue so I called them. I was told that my insurance wouldn't cover it at their store and I needed to use cvs. Never had to use cvs before but whatever. I asked them to transfer it there and was told cvs had to call. Called cvs and they told me Walgreens had to call. Called back Walgreens and they wouldn't do it so called back cvs and they said they would do it. Whew!!! Five minutes later got a text from Walgreens saying they filled the prescription. Called them and they were very short with me and said yes they were able to fill after all. Ok reminded them to cancel transferring to cvs and if they called to tell them it wasn't necessary to transfer. Was told ok. Fast forward tried to get prescription filled back at my regular Walgreens the next month and was told my dr had cancelled my prescription???? Ok. Called drs office to refill. They did. Walgreens said they didn't. They did it again. Walgreens said they didn't. Turns out Walgreens transferred the prescription to cvs and closed it out so I couldn't get my prescription there again. Personally I feel like the pharmacist I talked with was very argumentative and vindictive. Do not recommend using this pharmacy.

I shop their regularly. The staff is nice even when they're packed. They always have more products than most Walgreens and are always prepared for the inevitable. Occasionally they're short on cashiers but normally they're over achievers and keep the store stocked and tidy. Love this Walgreens.

They have a FedEx drop off I would NOT recommend! Horribly long wait time to get someone to do it. Not convenient at all.

Five stars for sure Walgreens is always my pharmacy of choice but this one surprised me earlier. It was 11 pm and I use a e cig well a vape to be exact and I had no more juice for my vape and every vape store around closed at 9. I went in to buy some drinks and was shocked to see that they had a small selection of premium vape juices , even some that where super hard to find at regular ecig shops. They where over priced yeah but at 11pm it's worth it when you can't buy it from anywhere else. Also had some good sales with there loyalty card users I got ten dollars off my purchase and the 24 pack of waters where buy one get one free.

Fast and very friendly. The pharmacy workers are very knowledgeable and when I go there usually isnt even a line. They get scripts filled in a very timely manner and always have the meds I need in stock.

Walgreens has stalked and harassed me from Mpls, MN to the Greater Milwaukee area in WI., monitoring my shopping and eating patterns and altered several of their food, beverage and cosmetic items or removed them from the store. Nice popping corn used to be the fluffiest best tasting popcorn on the market. Now it is hard as 10 hells, doesn't pop up fluffy at all and has stale rotten kernels. You have purposely adulterated this product for the worst customer dissatisfaction. Don't believe that nice honest bull-hit printed on the label. It's simply not true.
