Alex came in clutch!!!! Fr was having the worst day of my life with the Verizon’s insurance customer service and I came in and he helped me out like no other! I was ready to switch to T-Mobile but Alex talked me off the ledge!!! Super appreciate all the information he gave me; because of Alex I was able to resolve my issue in 20 minutes unlike the 4-5 hours I spent with other people!

RUN AWAY! Horrible. They just want your money and will screw over people for over $800 for only 8 days of using them !! And calls drop and you can’t call the business center because of stupid hours! Worst decision of my LIFE!
