Gotta love when a package from amazon was supposed to be delivered the next day but instead they don’t scan it after the initial acceptance scan and then proceeds to hold it hostage and I have to make the call to Amazon who just says there’s nothing they can do because “it’s not missing” even though usps hasn’t scan that it left the state of origin or even entered my state but it’s still “ supposed to be delivered today” even though they closed 5 hours prior

This location is the worse. I mean, they need more staff because I was in a ling and it had taken too long to processes, and it's not even the 4th or the damn weekend!? My God, whoever is in charge of this location needs to be replace by someone who knows how to run it properly.

Definitely worst possible choice to get your passport done. I showed up with all necessary documents and waited about 45 minutes past my appointment time. When I got to the counter, the lady working told me I was missing a necessary document and when I pulled up the website to show her that the document she was requesting was not necessary, she was extremely rude and was trying to make me feel stupid. She said “I do this for a living, I think I know what’s needed.” Turns out she did NOT know what was needed, as I got said document and went to a separate location where I was told that document definitely was not needed. Submitted the paperwork from the other location and everyone went smoothly and got approved WITHOUT the document that I was told was needed. Do better, and don’t claim you are more correct than the US government’s own website. I don’t even think I’ll come back here to drop off mail.

If walk-in passport is not available on anymore it’s better to take it off of the website.

the entire staff is the BEST ever!!!!! we love their customer service; without them, we'd be lost! we're so thankful for all their attention to detail, proficiency, and thoughtfulness. A++++

Worst place to get your passport. Lack of help, they just tell you all the things you don’t have after reviewing their documents list online. I have always had problems with passport appointments here, no where else.

Worst experience I’ve ever had in 7years In mailing gear for my 7th annual event out of state ..
All my gear is now 13 days late and nobody seems to care or know where they are after I payed $250 to ship on time.
I’ve used UPS in the past but decided to try to save a few bucks at USPS big mistake!
No one offered to add insurance or provide faster service at the desk when dropping off. Even after I explained my event and situation.
They just said it was insured and it should be there on time.
Not true ! now they’re telling me it’s an estimated time and it doesn’t matter if they arrive in a month or later it’s not their responsibility they say.
no accountability whatsoever.
Don’t ship anything 3 to 4 day ground if you don’t want to lose it.
To track it -they give you a tracking number but it’s still it’s not trackable. Nothing they say make any sense. I feel there’s a high probability somebody there stole the gear, although there’s no way for me to know.
Now I have to buy new gear for trip out of state and- if -and- when the gear arrives , I still have to send my gear back. Nobody at the is location is helpful or cares.
Also you can hear everybody dropping F bombs in the back room.
Nobody seems to know what’s going on!!!

Are there any law exits? It's like international packages. I have to bring it before 5 o'clock. This is stuff. One of the staff told me I have to bring international packages before 5 pm. They don't wanna take international package at 5:45 PM. Is there any law that exists? If exists US postal service. Put your location here. People don't want to waste time driving here to send international packages. I just refused sending international packages she said It's delay And I waste my time drove here because the online says close at 6 p m, i'm not here at 6 p m.I am here at 5.45pm and still they have fifteen minutes to do this.

WORST Customer service! Per Tamika I had a passport appointment that I traveled 50 minutes to make had all my docs and no copies and just like that she rudly Said reschedule. I asked her if she could please help me out I would pay extra to make copies but she was adamant on not going above & beyond to help.
This is our GOVERNMENT positions in action. What a shame I will spread the news on how this is the worst place to go. no other business but the government could survive with this bad of service and we all pay for it

Always pleasant and efficient. Sometimes a wait but the people at the counter don’t control staffing levels or people coming in with out of the ordinary requests that are time consuming.
