Not worth coming here, Zero customer service skills from majority of the staff, Don’t get me wrong there’s a certain few people that go above and beyond to help you!
Don’t show up at 8:29 otherwise you won’t get service, salt and pepper hair guy will tell you he can’t help you yet and proceed to be rude about it. He needs to be in the back cleaning bathrooms because he can’t even operate his computer in a quick manner, He does NOT need to be interacting with a computer or even customers.
Go somewhere else the reviews are 100% correct about this place,

The man working the front on march 30, 2024, 8:30am. Yeah the older salt and pepper haired dude. He’s the worst. I know his job sucks but man. Put him to sweep the floors and toilets. There’s no way he should be the face/attitude of the person to represents the United States Postal Service. That man needs to find a new career path.

Worst experience I've ever had at a post office. All workers are incredibly rude and then when I asked to speak to a supervisor, the worker at the front lied and said she was busy because she knew her behavior would be reported. If I could give zero stars I would.

Closes early. Won't take phone calls (says they are closed during open business hours on the voicemail message).Won't pick up packages when scheduled.

Worst service ever. Management needs to do better. Very racist towards my hispanic dad telling him he needs to learn english. They should be embarrassed of the people they have working there.

I went here for help with a passport renewal. Had all the documents ready for them by researching everything online first-- They were super helpful and knowledgeable about the process and applying through the mail. The man at the counter was really great and only slightly snarky (in a good way). Would recommend.
