The guy with the dreads behind the counter was rude and condescending. Terrible at talking to people. He needs to find another job.

My mailman is great. It's older guy working the counter that oozes he is a postal employee and he hates his job and everyone and everything. The other counter person very friendly. My dislike for the grumpy old man. Is because of a couple interaction with him. One time recently I went to the post office to pick up a package, he being grumpy tells me after a certain date my driver's license was will longer be valid because it was not updated. So I next day go to the D.M.V. to updated my driver's license because of this grumpy guy. The next day I go back to the post office with my temporary sheet of paper driver's license and he tells me the post office doesn't accept paper driver's license, which all of this was because of him.

If I could rate this place lower, I would. There’s one employee—an older guy who acts like every customer personally keyed his car, who seems hellbent on making sure everyone has a bad time. I watched him launch my packages into the bin like he was qualifying for the Olympic shot put team. Not toss. Not place. Launch. Like, I get that you don’t care about our packages, but could you at least pretend to give a hoot before we walk out the door? Then he gave me attitude like I was the problem when I asked about the rest of my mail.
Turns out he didn’t even give me everything. So now, guess what? I get to go back and waste more time because he couldn’t be bothered to do his basic job. And this time, I couldn’t even pick up the missing package because apparently, unless you’ve got a passport or a military ID, you're out of luck. I came for mail, not to access a classified missile silo.
It’s not all doom and gloom, there was one very kind and helpful woman working there, and she’s the only reason this review gets bumped up to two stars instead of one. She was friendly, professional, and basically the only sign of humanity in that entire building.

Stopped in around 4 pm to send an envelope via certified mail. Line of 4 or 5 people, door was closed and locked with a sign saying employees on break, short staffed. Went back to my car in the lot, passed 3 employees standing and chatting. I'm looking for a job posting for that location, can't find one.

My package sat in this place for an entire week before they decided to deliver. I had to reschedule my son’s senior photos. I went to pick it up there was a line out the door with like three employees hanging out in the back gossiping and laughing.

Terrible service. Arbitrary hours. Don't bother trying to get a passport here. They cancelled twice after I stood in line for a long time just waiting for them to open the door late. I had to finally go to the clerk of courts to get my application processed. Some kind of serious staffing issues and you could grow old and die waiting for service. Often there is only one clerk tho there are 3 windows. Doesn't matter the day or time of day. Don't waste your time here.

The mail carriers have worn a rut through every yard on my block by cutting through the grass instead of staying on the sidewalks. This is sheer laziness and as I understand it against policy. I’ve spoke. To them, I’ve put up “keep off the grass” signs and they are STILL doing it.
