I came to the liquor department from some drinks a few minutes before 9. As I walked in, I was not told how long I had to shop, but I still rushed to grab what I wanted. 2 minutes before they closed, I was in line waiting to be checked out. 9 o clock hits, and I am then told I can no longer make my purchase. I suggest you avoid this location for your last-minute drink purchases, as they will not allow you to purchase anything once the clock stikes 9.

The associates here are very kind, patient and helpful. I came to switch another user to my old phone and get a new phone myself. The process, while involved and lengthy as such things always are, was painless and not unpleasant. Ben helped me select a new phone, thoroughly relating the costs, specs and user experience of different models. He answered all of my questions (there were many) in a comprehensive and tactful manner. I felt assured that if any issues should arise in the future, I can return to store and have them addressed knowledgeably and professionally. Thanks guys, and keep up the good work!

Andy was great in helping me find a plan at a lower cost then what we are currently paying. He ended up saving us over $135.00 a month, with a new plan that was not initially offered because of a promo we received.

If i could leave 0 stars i would. Terrible customer service. One gentleman told me im caught up. And changed my phone plan once phone was paid for. Now im told i have a past balance due. That wasnt there when i spoke to 2 prior agents. The texts i recieve from the company with my amounts due NEver match what is due online. Theres nothing but miscommunication at any us cellular store. I will let my phone plan go and not be a part of this company any longer. My first month going 40 a month phone plan, they tried to charge me 70 on and i had to call in to fix it. Tired of fixing employee errors. do not. GO TO US CELLULAR

My experience was Exceptional! I went in to upgrade my phone and Ben and Tori both were amazing and helpful! It was painless process and they did it with ease! It is nice in these crazy times to see that people still can be kind and give top notch customer service! Thank you again!

When does the US Cellular Phone expires before getting a new phone? I really switched from AT&T Mobile to the a new phone. It's cheaper than I'll have to pay $99.00 a month.

Went to go in and buy a phone and was greated with a locked door proceeded by an employee coming out and rudly asking me "what do you want". I told him I need a new phone and then I'm told I can't wait in the store to be helped? Won't be coming back!

I got my brand new iPhone 13 thanks To Ben. His customer service was everything, very respectful & welcoming even outside of getting me the phone. I definitely would recommend my guy 10/10… the store in West Allis connected to pick n save.

I'm a 20 year US Cellular customer but I had a bad experience at the 92nd and Lincoln store after inquiring several times about a new phone that would serve my specific needs, finally I was treated so rudely by Omar I came to this location on National Ave. This store's staff knew what would work for me immediately and I walked out 20 minutes later with a new iPhone 13 and a great sounding JBL speaker I grabbed on a whim, which by the way the other location did not offer. I highly recommend this location at 67th and National for their friendly service and knowledge of the products they offer
