I do recommend this location. I didn't leave this review before now. Because life was chaotic with moving to Houston, but we went in to ship some items that are dear to us very expensive. From this location and Jordan was working there at the time, Jordan was amazing. He carefully rapped my JVL speaker mom's kitchenaid. Mixer, blender everything a few other items too. He really saved us a few dollars as well and he is great at customer service very polite. I give him a 5 out of 5. I don't know about any of the other employees because he was the only one there in the morning on August 1st. He took charge with wrapping everything because we were too stressed out to figure out how to organize everything properly after Moving Out of a bad situation again. I gave him a 5 out of 5

Was called by Amazon this morning and was told that this store dose not take in mail, called the store itself and was told that unless you have a mail box with them, you cannot ship items to that store. I have shipped items to other stores all around the US and this is the first time I have ever heard of this. Will never use this store ever again for any reason

The staff at this UPS Store is always friendly and helpful. My transactions have always been handled very quickly and professionally. The staff is knowledgeable, and I appreciate all that they do.

I worked with Hailey at The UPS Store #6257 to coordinate an equipment return with one of our employees. We wanted UPS to be able to pack and ship the items at no cost to the employee. Hailey made the process so easy. Our employee was able to bring all items to be packaged and Hailey coordinated payment with me. She was so quick and efficient and thorough in her work and I will happily work with her again any day! The Milwaukee area is lucky to have such a wonderful UPS location that has a high focus on customer care and such wonderful employees. Thank you!

The store has great customer service. I had came in the store in the store I needed papers to be notarized I had not realized you needed to schedule an appointment. Lily politely directed me too the correct source which was to schedule my notary appointment online. Great customer service again I will be coming for sure !

The tall handsome fella Austin was very polite! I didn’t have a box for my item so he gave me and option that u could pay for There box or if I had a box I could also use that instead if I did not want too pay but I appreciated that he gave me the option instead of trying to just make a sale . He was very considerate! He was very respectful and helpful . I asked if could he tape my package in front of me because I wasn’t sure how the process exactly went but he did fulfilled my request so thank you Austin and I appreciate you service . This is a well rounded ups store !

Lily and Haley were of great service too me when i came in the store yesterday . They were very kind and respectful . I asked a tons of questions being skeptical about my package they both helped me and I was taken well care of . I look forward to continue coming to the ups store !

The staff is so awesome there. Very efficient and friendly. I will need to catch some names next time I’m there & revise this review. When doing an Amazon return I always hope the UPS Store will pop up as an option. So fast and easy.

I have gone to this store for years and will continue to do so. I was there yesterday and the staff was super attentive, friendly and helpful. They are customer focused and I would recommend this store to anyone needing something sent UPS. Thanks Jordan for making my experience excellent yesterday!

WOW. I have never had such a positive experience at any other UPS Store I’ve ever been to. Haley processed my Amazon return so quickly and efficiently, I was honestly shocked. And she was friendly!!! The store is clean and organized. I’m SO impressed!!!!!!
