“On the record-breaking heat day of 112 degrees, these people took my very loud car on short notice, gave me an excellent estimate by 3pm, had the front exhaust pipe installed by 6pm and called me after their closing time! Esperanza gave me hope when I had none! (Esperanza might remember our convo…her name means ‘hope’ in spanish ;)Sidenote - from what I understand, my specific year of Toyota might be a challenge with this repair if the catalytic converter might be in the way a bit.Thank you so much!I appreciate you all and will be referring to you!Kateri”
