Just had the worst and most outrageous experience of customer service by their worker “Carl” he not only is non stop rude every time I’m there, but on last Sunday I had accidentally spilled a soda while pouring it and couldn’t find any napkins and he was in the bathroom so I couldn’t tell him. I come back today and he starts screaming at the top of his lungs and follows me outside and continues to scream at me and how I shouldn’t go there any more. It was the most outrageous customer service I’ve ever witnessed in my life. All over a soda being spilled. Absolutely ridiculous. Felt threatened absolutely no reason for anyone to treat someone that way. I go there multiple times a week and have no problem with the rest of the staff. Get rid of this guy. He has tons of complaints about his terrible attitude.

It's one of the smaller Speedways but it was clean which I did take notice of. Staff was friendly and made sure I was about to find everything.

pump 4's card reader blows. and it's NOT the cold weather. just fix it. and mixing window cleaner with water in Wisconsin winter is plain DUMB. Also. come out and shovel for Pete's sake. just all around unsafe conditions. it's unfortunate that I can't avoid coming here.

This location has the worse customer service especially the manager "Carl" no wonder his staff is so unfriendly. Tried to give this place a few chances BUT too many is enough. I know it sucks working and working early in the morning but it is something we have to do. Try to remember everyone is going through something you know nothing about. It is NOT that hard to say "Good Morning" have a nice day!

I stopped here to get some gas and remembered that I had a winning scratch off ticket in my console to redeem. Joe behind the counter could not have been more uninterested in helping me if he tried. He wouldn't take the ticket before asking how much it was for and then tossed it back at me because there's a barcode that needed to be revealed. This was one of those "game" type tickets and I didn't scratch off anything that would invalidate the ticket. I'd pay more for gas elsewhere than come here again.

Great place to stop when you need to use a restroom since most bathrooms are closed to the public due to this pandemic. Also the staff is usually very hospitable and don't mind helping you out. Bathrooms are always clean and smelling nice also.
