Just don’t be fooled by the alleged warranty. I knew in the back of my mind they’d say nothing was from their installation or a faulty piece of glass, but I had hope. Nope. Of course my damage must have been a rock, even though it started at the passenger side at the point of installation, under a concave recess in between the windshield and hood. No rock crept in there and made an impact. This was a bad install. 2 independent mechanics and a snap-on tool rep confirmed this. Now I have to drive with a crack bc I cant afford 2 windshield replacements in 6 mos. I wont be back. Would rather give my money to someone who is honest and doesnt brag about fake guarantees.

These reviews are HORRIBLE! Why would anyone go here? They don’t do good work and leave glass behind?? And equally bad customer service??? I’m glad I checked the reviews before making mistake and bringing my car here. Now I’m going elsewhere for sure!!!

No complaints. They did a good job replacing the windshield on my wife's Nissan Rogue and recalibrated the windshield camera. We dropped off the car at 7am and they were done by 10:30 am. I can recommend them.

Front desk lady was amazing however after they replaced my shattered windshield they left an absolute mess on my dashboard with broken glass and the glue or whatever they use.

Just leaving a honest review to let people be aware of the horrible customer service that came from Safelite Auto Glass in West Allis. We had recently called to have a small stone chip fixed which they scheduled an appointment to come to us to fix. The technician Mike… showed up to repair the chip in the windshield, I had asked if there was anything he needed from us to complete the repair and was told no…. He will call us when he’s done. The technician was there for 7 minutes and calling us back to ask…. Was there a damage wavier that you had signed before us completing the repair. Which no there was not… In the process he had Cracked our windshield 14 inches across from the chip. Now they’re saying we need to pay our deductible to get a new windshield. Called manager Rob Theinus which was of no help…. Customer service which did nothing but back their employees. Then to which offered to pay half of our deductible due to negligence of the technician Mike.
No thank you. I will not be paying for the irresponsible negligence of your employees. I would rather pay to have it fixed correctly by a stand up company and not be part of insurance fraud, which is what I feel they do to customers to make more money.

One of the technicians, speeding almost ran right into my wife merging on the interstate if she hadnt braked and moved onto the shoulder. She had the right away. Very rude people will not answer customer service phone about this.

Their tech came to repair a chip in my windshield and after it cracked while he was working on it he just packed up and left. Did not bother to give assistance in replacing my windshield. Im done with Safelite

Mobile technician came out to replace my driver's side rear door window. The technician damaged both sides my black plastic door pillars that line the windows. Called the warranty center set up an appointment in West Allis. The manager and the tech looked at it and said yes we will order these parts never heard back from them I've been calling customer service and they haven't stated if the parts were ordered. I spent $380 and I've got damaged vehicle. No response from anybody. So I have to take another day out of my work now I'm out $600 a day

I was able to leave my car in their drive way and they did good work and when i got the text they started it only took about 30 to 40 mins to finish it, but the broken glass that fell inside the door is still there i can hear it when i close my door

Very poor experience and shoddy work. I had my driver's side window smashed and took my car in to have it replaced.
First time I'm there, they leave a TON of glass behind and they tell me my glass isn't correctly fit to my vehicle so they order me a new one and tell me I can't lower my window for a whole week.
Second time around, they have me sit in the waiting area for almost 4 hours, making me late for work. And they STILL didn't clean the glass out of my door. They say it's because my car has to "relearn" for the automatic window procedure. When I go to use my window, the window drags on the door and the motor sounds rough.
At this point I have to go to the main FIAT dealership to have my car looked at because Safelite is now causing mechanical issues. That 4 hours from the second appointment was probably spent thinking what lie to tell me to get me out of the door because as it turns out, the SECOND WINDOW is too thick and doesn't fit in the door properly much like the first one. Not only that, but the guttering is all dug up and the weatherstripping inside the door is ripped apart like a candy wrapper and held together by PURPLE MASKING TAPE.
Nearly 2 months after the start of this ordeal, I am still on the hook for full price of the installation of the first window as well as dealership diagnosis and repair costs. I have worked for several repair shops and know first hand that it is not difficult for a glass replacement job to be done correctly. 4 weeks ago, I was promised an OEM window and a new technician. No follow up since. I probably could have gotten a new one from the dealership done by now if I wasn't PROMISED a complimentary redo.
Poor technicians, poor training, poor materials, poor management, poor customer service. Would give -1000 if it was possible.

I had a chip in my car's windshield that needed to be fixed. The service was fast and the employees were very kind and professional. If I ever have any problems with my car's windshield in the future, I will definitely be coming back here.

I feel their pricing is too high for what they actually pay themselves for the windshields. It's a 40 percent markup
