I can relate when a business office can be overwhelming with high demands which to me describes people who are highly good grade at what they do. I have been very if not happily surprised with my return results. So with that said I recommend these folks and I am a harsh critic when it comes to business. Keep up the great work. I've recently started having RDK do my tax returns and I've always been pleased. The two Roberts (father and son) are great to work with and they make everything a breeze. They just set up a portal for me to drop off all my tax stuff and that's pretty much it on my end. They are also open to answering tax return related questions, which is also great.

My Company has been using RDK for 20 months. I have used every service that required an accountant. Bob and his son just make running a business easier. What I like is the safety net Bob provides. He knows the rules and if there is a question he doesn't know he finds it. Between the two of them they have always been able to answer every question. Best of all is that I have never felt like I wasn't getting what I was paying for. I also use him for my personal taxes as well. He seems to take as much time needed to go over our account and helps make running my financial life easier. I knew nothing about accounting when I started, they have never made me feel stupid. If you are starting a business with little knowledge of what you need to do RDK is definitely the place to go.

RDK Tax helps me with my personal taxes every year and I would never consider going anywhere else! In the past I had blindly went to other locations to get my taxes taken care of but always felt it was not done with my best interest in mind.

Bob has been a trusted family accountant for many years. Not only did he get us everything and more than we had hoped for but Bob has always gone above and beyond to make sure that we are taken care of. In the world of declining customer service it's so comforting and refreshing to know there are still people and a company like RDK that treat you like your the most important client they have whether your needs are a basic tax return or more involved services. I can't say more fantastic things about this firm and Bob. They have a client for life in us and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for tax and or accounting services.

The provider told me to **** off and go-away when I inquired about the progress of my taxes. I sent him my expense information, and he said it wasn't sufficiently detailed, so I spent a lor of time breaking down my expenses into the categories he suggested and submitted them on his portal, and then a heard nothing from him for several weeks. I called him twice, and he didn't answer. It was obvious he hung up on me the 2nd time. I sent him an email inquiring about the status of my taxes and asking him to answer his phone when I called them. He responded with a nasty email On top of that, he never told me I needed to set up my LLC with payroll to pay myself a salary. I may have screwed myself out of a lot of money because of that. The state of Wisconsin recently debited my corporate account for over $8000 for nonpayment of income taxes. I think that's the reason he terminated our contract. The guy claims I criticised him and blamed him for problems, which is patently false. I never said one negative thing to him. I simply inquired about my taxes His email is attached to this review:
