I had never taken my red heeler dog to a groomer. She was badly abused so she is nervous, skittish and fearful of people especially men. I cannot say enough good things about the staff at Pretty Paws Pet Spa. So friendly and easy to schedule appointment. They care about the animals; very kind, calm, gentle and patient with my dog. Nails trimmed, ears cleaned and a bath, my dog looked fabulous. I was worried that she would be stressed out but that was not the case. When I picked her up my dog was very happy, letting everyone pet her as we were leaving. I am very grateful, we will be back.

I’ve been taking my long haired cats here for a few years now and I am amazed every time! They get matted very easily and need lots of haircuts! Pretty Paws Pet Spa does such a great job with them and you can tell they really care about our fur babies! Not only that, but pricing is great and it is very simple to make appointments! 10/10!

They cut my dogs nail too short and they cut his finger I told them anything to get done that this was unacceptable and they did not care

They always do a great job trimming my dog Kane’s nails. He does not like to get his nails trims and is pretty nervous. After a bad experience at petco I will keep taking him here to get his nails cut. Very caring and kind staff

Cheapest, quickest, most accommodating nail trim I’ve ever paid for. Such friendly service and my dog is so comfortable with her when getting his nails trimmed. They allowed me to bring him in 15 minutes before they closed for a nail trim!! His thumb nails were very long and this time she was able to get them very short, something I couldn’t have done myself

They gave my cat a lion’s cut and they did it well. Just a reminder to all cat owners who have multiple cats, be aware that when you bring your newly bathe cat home, the other cat won’t recognize him/her anymore and the cat that was left out at home would be hissing and fighting with the newly groomed cat because he/she doesn’t recognize him/her anymore. It is normal and it will last 2-3 days.

They did good the first time we brought our dog. This second time was not a good experience. I found that we were over charged the first time, and prices went up after I booked this appointment but it is what it is so of course I paid the higher cost. When loving on my dog and inspecting the hair cut after getting home, I noticed they shaved behind her ear too short and there was bleeding... I wish they were honest and let me know about this. We will not be returning.
