Absolutely terrible experience with them since they have taken over for first Midwest.

Both tellers were incredibly rude and annoyed throughout our entire interaction. Instead of clarifying and assisting they immediately became defensive and ended my service as quickly as possible. I was given the excuse, "I don't know I'm not from this branch" and attitude when ensuring I was getting what I needed.
