The company was very professional from Renee that gathered the furniture and moving content information for the quote to the moving crew. The moving crew was on time, very friendly and moved quickly & safely to get our items on the truck. We had no issues with any of our moved items. The company wants the customer pleased. We directed the movers where to place items and they listened, even moving a rug after I preferred it moved to another room after it was laid out. The guys always used a please and thank you. Highly recommend this company for your next move. They didn’t except money until the job was completed and to our approval. JL Moving was the best!”

But moving cross states is bound to result in a small issue or two.”

It was chilly and raining the whole time, but our two movers worked tirelessly up and down stairs for 3+ hours, and it was their second job that day. They meticulously wrapped and secured all our belongings, and even went the extra mile to ensure my pregnant wife was comfortable during both the packing and unloading process. They helped her by keeping a seat available to rest during packing and prioritized unloading a chair as soon as possible for her comfort.
I was especially impressed with how they handled my motorcycle. They took great care in securing it for transport, and it arrived at my new home in mint condition.
