Was in desperate need and he stayed calm and him and the gm calmly explained to me what it is that I would need and we came to a great understanding and got what I need and even picked up Internet there for 55 a month compared to spectrum rising prices which I had and they saved me a lot of money and it was professional and courteous in every way. Even explaining to an employee to not play on his phone in front of the customers. I had my three kids with me and they just welcomed me and and got me taken care of. I didn't feel like I had to walk out or act a fool or be mad. I understood everything properly and I'll definitely go there more often than anywhere else. Thank you David you did great”

The process, while involved and lengthy as such things always are, was painless and not unpleasant.
