They ‘don’t do that test’ that I needed but no way to tell and of course they never asked even though I made appointment well in advance. Told me Waukesha location does that test but Waukesha location is temporarily closed all month and only planning to reopen via direct connection with another organization.

Wow the reviews are bad. We made a Sat appointment but the checkin device wasn't working and so we waited in line anyway. The staff seemed pleasant. Unlike other labcorp sites the tech was friendly, fast, and best of all got it right on the first stick!

You must avoid this place!!! The service is completely super lousy and super extremely slow. Even making an appointment they don't call you to serve you. You have the obligation to wait in line fasting and without being able to sit down. Everything is super extremely disorganized. The employee wastes a lot of time on other things and does not focus properly on her work. If you really want to use a lab on Saturdays don't use this place you will waste your time and money. you will leave with anger, frustration and exhaustion. This happens when companies do not care about the service and only the money. At all costs I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Waited for over half an hour for appointment after checking in on my phone, then they went on lunch. I entered the building and had to be directed twice to a back corner with a small empty room. It did not look clean. I would not go there if you paid me.

Very very small office area that was crowded- not good during a pandemic! When entering building not clear where lab check in is. Had to be stuck TWICE because she forgot one tube! Will NOT go to this location again. I’ve never been stuck twice before

Only 1 employee in the lab doing everything. She was very nice and understanding and I belive skipped her lunch to handle the backlog of patients. She is the only reason I added a star.Labcorp, you need one person to do intake and another to be drawing labs and handling the specimens collected. This poor women was running herself ragged trying to keep up.

Same as previous review. Only 1 person working and 3-4 people in line ahead of me. I made the appt online, and understand if there was a few minute wait for unscheduled walk ins, but since there is only the 1 person, it's taking much, much longer. It seems unsanitary as well? 0/10 do not recommend. UPDATE: made it to the "waiting area" and they have a literal bucket, sitting on a mini fridge, for urine specimens.

It would better help us as patients to make proper appointments if you update your system..Two times I went with an appointment but I was not helped due to your system placing the appointment on times you are not open...Both times I was fasting..Not a happy experiences, very disappointed. Would not recommend this location.
