What initially seemed like a promising experience very quickly turned into complete disregard. I went in unsure of what BMW I wanted. Our sales person was initially very helpful and helped me find a 2023 550i.Finance department initially couldn't find me a lender but then did for 11k down and proof of paystubs. There was also an initial deal from capitol one that was suppodely requesting 50 percent down (which i had ready).After submitting taxed paystubs my sales rep stated the lender was requested a 10-99 (used for contractors and not Taxed exmployees)I called for two days to both the lender, sales rep, and front desk trying to speak to anyone (gm, financing department, all went to voicemail everytime) left emails and voicemails to my rep and finance manager stating that made no sense and inquiring more info.I never heard back so I went to lexus the next day and got approved for a 2023 RC350 F sport coupe fully loaded by the same lender (capitol one) for 56k with only 11k down. The customer service was night and day and I drove off with my vehicle. For a luxury brand this was by far the easiest vehicle I ever purchased.There's alot of 1 star reviews of this place within the past year ranging from service to communication.If you want to be seen as a dollar sign go to BMW internationalIf you want to actually feel taken care of I highly suggest going to a different BMW dealership or considering a different Make.

Purchasing a bmw here is fine I’ll give them that I haven’t had many issues with my truck. But I wouldn’t recommend getting your car serviced here! The service department sucks!

I scheduled a test drive with the internet sales coordinator, Selena. She told me to ask for Keith, the BMW sales manager, when I arrived. Upon arrival, I was told I didn’t have an appointment. The younger salesman who had greeted us when we walked in offered to work with us, but didn’t seem thrilled to do so. He either had limited knowledge of the vehicle or didn’t care to share it . We ended up cutting the test drive short and will be exploring other dealership options if we decide on a BMW.

I had great experience in this place ( International BMW Golf place). It was the first time that I saw a live tournament of golf.After my experience and the fun time I had, I started learning and playing golf when I got a chance and time.I remember before I started playing golf, it was my last thinking.For the place where you can find food, you can do picnicI recommend this place for you all, good luck

I had an open recall on my 328i. Called a week ahead of time and made an appointment. I arrived 5 mins early on the scheduled day and was taken care of. Nice lobby for snacks and coffee while you wait. Had a video of multi point inspection which I didn’t know was a thing which was nice. Since dealership is far from where I live, I’ll continue to use my local mechanic for easier maintenance.

If I could give zero stars, I would. They had my car for almost 4 months for a minor fender bender. I have dash cam proof that my car sat for weeks at a time while they were “working on it”. Lies. They never answer their phone and never called to give me updates. I always had to call them and they always lied to me. Said it would be ready next week and then suddenly they found more repairs and it would be another couple weeks. This happened 4 times. Finally got my car back today and THEY DIDN’T EBEN FINISH PUTTING IT BACK TOGETHER. Entire trunk floor is exposed, including a bunch of fuses that I definitely shouldn’t be seeing. Can’t use my trunk now. This entire experience has convinced me to never purchase a BMW again.

I purchased two tires not even two months later they said they were bald again and quoted me again for two new tires, Instead of telling me the tires have so many miles and year warranty. I believe they switched my tires and tried to sell me new ones again. I was also quoted 1400 for front brakes I declined then next time I came in it was 800, please explain and never was given a choice saying we had a cheaper option. while waiting for an oil change I heard the manager tell a sales guy screw the guys wife he's here looking to buy don't let him leave when the guy even said he wants to wait for his wife. I recently went in to get my 3-series it’s routine service. Kylie helped me through everything and constantly kept me updated. Everything was done in such a timely matter thanks to Kylie and the service team. Definitely coming here again!

Charged me $1700 to fix my car that started to do the same thing weeks later then would stop then still a year later does the same thing off and on but claims they fixed the sensor. I tried to schedule an appointment a few times and got dodged so I left it alone because I was in and out of town on a travel contract for work. But they don’t know what they’re doing. If I had more time on my hands I woulda pressed the issue. I take it as a L and lesson learned. To help future ppl I got a BMW and I don’t recommend

The Best car buying experience we have ever experienced. The whole environment of IBMW was first class. The sales person, the sales manager, and the finance person were very personable and all provided outstanding service.

Took my SUV in for oil replacement and multi-point inspection. The service rep Kylie declined to reset oil reminder because i declined cabin air filters replacement, which are unrelated. The service rep also declined to print or email multi-point inspection report, claiming the system was down. I asked for email copy but the service rep declined. I complained after customer satisfaction email came in, same service rep called me to argue some more and prove her point. She claims that unlike any other dealership BMW will not reset your oil reminder unless you replace cabin air filters. Terrible.
