Zero customer service. And I’d expect a luxury car company to do a good job so that’s not a factor here. My vehicle has been with them for almost 2 months. Zero status updates, minimal clarity when I have to call for an update (4 times), mentioned a supplement order was sent out on October 27th and insurance stated it came into their email at 5:44pm on October 30th.. 20 minutes after I called IA. We’d call that lying. I understand repairs take time. I do not understand bad communication and service. I think the best service offered was a bottle of water when car was brought it.. that I asked for. If your insurance covers through another place, I’d highly recommend.

If I could give zero stars, I would. They had my car for almost 4 months for a minor fender bender. I have dash cam proof that my car sat for weeks at a time while they were “working on it”. Lies. They never answer their phone and never called to give me updates. I always had to call them and they always lied to me. Said it would be ready next week and then suddenly they found more repairs and it would be another couple weeks. This happened 4 times. Finally got my car back today and THEY DIDN’T EBEN FINISH PUTTING IT BACK TOGETHER. Entire trunk floor is exposed, including a bunch of fuses that I definitely shouldn’t be seeing. Can’t use my trunk now. This entire experience has convinced me to never purchase a BMW again.

Don't bother calling them; they'll never answer your call or call you back. Only the insurance people can get a hold of them.

Definitely avoiding this place for absolutely anything as well as any International Autos dealership. They had my vehicle for over a month and a half and still missed almost $3000 worth of damage in the area I told them multiple times they needed to look at. Noticed the damage as soon as I went to pick up my vehicle. Months later and still not resolved when it was their mistake. Taking my business elsewhere. They are a screw up shop not worth my business and have no business working on an AMG. Taking my business elsewhere

Had my stolen and recovered 2018 Hyundai Tucson repaired there. They took care of the hood, the rear drivers side window, the rear bumper and any paint matching needed. They also went above and beyond vacuuming out the interior, even though their only obligation was to take care of the broken glass. They got the job done 2 weeks sooner than estimated, too!

Brought my Audi S6 in for a hood repair and paint job. Not only did they get it done on time and cheaper then estimated, but they also cleaned my car!!! Great customer service and the paint job made my car look brand new again. Will definitely be going back.

My car was hit while parked, causing damage to my driver's side front door. I bought my car from IA Hyundai West Allis so figured I would send it to IA collision. Joe was super helpful in the process, set me at ease with the repair process. Between the door damage and getting it fixed, I was rear ended. I sent the information to Joe and he ensured that the repair would be made at the same time so I did not extend my time without my car. He was able to get me set up with Enterprise, again making my experience less hectic. I hope I do not have damage again in the future, but if I do, I will make sure that I take it back to the Collision Center. I would highly recommend!

They repaired my 2012 M3 from a deer strike, which resulted in having to get hood, passenger door, and headlight repairs. Later it was discovered the didn't align the door correctly and paint was being rubbed off, the girl in charge of the repairs in Waukesha refused to fix it and I paid someone else $400 to correct it. Also they didn't reattach the radiator hose back correctly and it blew all the coolant and I took my car to BMW north Milwaukee saying they would have to charge to fix it if I got it fixed there, so international towed the car back to repair it causing my another headache of having a disabled vehicle while not giving me a loaner car, but bmw north let me use their loaner car while my car was getting repaired.

Judy and her staff are the BEST in the business. Very professional and friendly. She makes sure to give at-most attention to her customers and their needs. Thanks for your help with our car's body work recently. She went over and beyond and even helped us manage an issue with Enterprise rental company.
