The salesman saved my experience! Thomas was pivotal during the process of my new car purchase. His swift and precise attention to detail and understanding my needs demonstrated his experience as a hyundai sales representative. I was going to leave a 3 star review because the finance manager did take quite a while more than I've experienced in the before and seemed like she just wanted to get it over with instead of being attentive and engaging. Thomas saved my experience after exiting the finance managers office by greeting me not only with the keys to my detailed new Hyundai, but with a complimentary detail kit. Where do I even begin? I walked into this building back in March 2023 with a pre-approval. I was escorted to the amazing Angelique Cruz. She was super down to earth, friendly, and always down to business. Herself and others took care of me and my dad all the way through to driving off the lot. I would be lying if I said that this process wasn’t stressful, but Angelique made it fun. I drove off with a 2016 Chevrolet Malibu with a little over 52k miles on it. To this day I am EXTREMELY happy with this purchase and I couldn’t be more grateful with the team behind me. Thank you Hyundai and Angelique!

I had Thomas as my sales rep and he was very professional helped with whatever I needed friendly and not pushy at all very patient. I mean anything I needed any questions I had he answered them. If I need anything even though I already bought the car I can still call him and he's right there to answer any questions and help with whatever he can and if he doesn't have the answer he will find out and follow back overall Greek customer service great experience I would buy a car from there again I would recommend it to my family and friends. Thomas's service was a 10 out of 10 if you guys ever go to the dealership just ask for Thomas he's the best.

My Hyundai motor die on the highway on a Friday, was dropped off at this dealership on the following Monday, the rep. I was in communication with resigned and I never heard from anyone until I kept calling, the manager seems not to care about his customers at all, they kept the car for 2 weeks before I had any updates, no loaner and no updates for 2 weeks. After ME calling, finally got some updates and they told me they had to replace the motor and that Hyundai was going to pay for it, BUT I needed to buy a package that covered all the parts that don't come with the motor itself, the package was $500 plus taxes. Finally they called me to tell me my car was done, picked up my car and I went around the block when I notice some sensors were on, drove back and asked about the sensors (yes, they gave me the car back, without checking all the sensors), which they were not active when I dropped it off, they took the car back in the shop and they came back and said, I needed to replace my rear wheel sensors and to repair it was going to be another $500. The service was extremely poor and I felt the manager does not really care about their customers.

8:00 am oil change appt. **Customer waiting** 9:37 “it’s up on the rack we’re working on it now”. ? Not the first time for this terrible customer service, but it will be the last! Save yourself the trouble, find a different dealership ASAP!

Awful customer service in the sales department. We had been looking at some used vans, first sales person was very nice and helpful. Made an appointment to see the vans, when we arrived to see the vans we were told the sales person quite over the weekend. Did get to see one van as they were still being detailed and inspected (however we were told they would be done by the time of the apt). Mind you we were driving 2 hours one way to see the vans. Was hooked up with another sales person, who then was going on vacation, so was traded to yet another sales person! Was told that the vans would be ready by Monday to be test drove and looked at. When we arrived on Monday at the scheduled appointment time, the sales person was off that day and both vans had been sold. We wasted 2 hours each way on 2 trips not only, time and milage but also gas money. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, as it seems they do not value their customers time and appointments.

Lied about services. Lied about what's covered. If this were the only location in the state, I'd rather tow my car to the next state to get it worked on. Luckily there are other locations in this state. Wish I didn't have to give 1 star to leave a review, doesn't even deserve 1. Hope the service manager gets fired for lying and using vulgarity.

We can't say enough good about this dealership. We are from Illinois and drove up here to buy our Hyundai Tucson. We emailed them to see if the car was available. They emailed us right away to let us know that is was. The communication from that point on was constant. We told them what we had to trade and the deal was all done through email. They gave us what we asked for. When we got to the dealership to pick up the Tucson we were treated very well. They had the Tucson ready for us. The whole transaction was wonderful, they were so nice. They didn't pull any fast ones on us nor did they push any extra warranties. They also didn't mark the car up. Everyone was so friendly and very attentive. We were in and out under an hour. The next day I had am email from the sales manager and the general manager to make sure the transaction was smooth and that we were treated well. They also told us if there was anything that we needed to let them know! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone!! You won't be disappointed.

Ken, one of the salesmen is absolutely remarkable. Friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding. He is 5 stars through and through. The low rating is in relation to this location’s finance department. Be careful of information that is given to you as it may not be accurate. We were given a great interest rate which was written down, came back soon after to be told that deal was never in the system and we were lying. When the documentation was shown that the finance personnel wrote, backpedaling began and no ownership was taken. Again, Ken was wonderful, but be leery of their finance department.

I dropped my car off for service on a Friday. They were supposed to call when it was ready for pick up, but never did. I called them just after 5 pm, and they casually said, "Oh yeah, it's been ready," but the service department is closing at 5:30. There was no way I could get there in time, so they said I could pick up on Saturday. They said the service department would be closed, but the showroom would be open and available to help.I went to get it on Saturday and could see that at least part of the job was not even done. I was beyond frustrated. I left my car there for the rest of the weekend so they could complete the job on Tuesday when they returned. It was a holiday weekend.Tuesday afternoon, I tried calling since I had not heard anything and wasn't able to get through. I tried several times and left 2 messages but never heard from anyone. I decided to just show up at 4pm. They again very casually said, "Oh yeah, it's ready."I asked why I never heard from anyone and why it wasn't finished on Friday and was simply told "I don't know".I will never go to this location for service ever again.

They had more inventory than other dealers, which is why I purchased my car here. I'm happy with the price, though there was some confusion about the discounts available. They put a decal on the car after the purchase and told me I could just "pop it off" if I didn't want it, but I had to work pretty hard to get it off. There was also a little bit of scuffing in one place on the car, which I didn't see when I was there because the car was wet. The finance manager was fine, but was in a little too much of a hurry and there were some issues with technology when I was there.

We went to test drive a car we planned to buy but it reeked of cigarette smoke. They said they'd get it cleaned in the next few days and let us know when it's done. They were nice when we were there, which is why I gave them 2 stars. I ended up following up with them twice because after a week or so we hadn't heard from them. I spoke with the manager twice and both times he said "let me check and call you right back" but he never did. It was a bummer because we loved the car (minus the smell), but we assumed it sold and moved on. Then out of nowhere weeks later I get a text saying the car is cleaned and ready. I let them know we purchased another vehicle and were confused due to the lack of communication. I felt like some sort of apology or acknowledgement would have been appropriate, but instead they asked us to send our friends and family to them. I personally wouldn't go back or recommend them to anyone I know.

Wish I could say the sales experience was a good one, but it definitely wasn't. Lots of wasted time and aggravation.The sales person was OK. We leased an Ioniq 6 and the process was very poor. The original contract we signed was torn up immediately after we signed it and for some reason, we were asked to quickly sign the replacement which had incorrect mileage, incorrect credit score, etc. We asked for corrections and were told that once it is signed...that's it. I wished we would have reread all of it, instead of assuming they would be straight forward and honest. The run around from Hyundai West Allis and Hyundai Finance was miserable.

I absolutely hate this dealership the service lady is rude to someone that wasn't the same color nice to everyone else, I was told my oil change was at 8:30 get there it's at 9:30, asked if they had a loaner car the lady said call enterprise. They never have anything your car needs when it needs to be fixed, I just hate this dealership. I don't even want to have to deal with anyone here to buy a new car ?, my sales guy is gone and I just really hate I got my car from here. I was told on this about my oil change being free and when I get there they tell me it's not like what is it.
