Your curbside is garbage. Takes forever and items are missing. What a joke. Store is also under staffed as no one is around to help and the ones that are there try to avoid eye contact.

I made an schedule an appointment for carpet est (was never told about a deposit at this time)Then I received a call for Home Depot asking me if I canceled my appointment ,which I did not (once again was not aware of deposit so Home Depot put me back on schedule The I received a text stating I need make payment to keep schedule in which I call the next day with payment . I ask is is it still scheduled In which she replied yesSo I waited a home all day for appointment . Did receive any callsSo I called Home Depot aabout appointment in which she stated it was canceled because I did respond with in 8 hrs of text with paymentSo look at the text they sent me. No where in the text stating I have to respond in 8 hrsThen ask to speak to manager of this storeWhich did not happenIn anybodys mind this totally unacceptable

Chris Leutermen, assistant manager, went above and beyond to help me with an issue with the Troy-bilt rider lawnmower I bought. He even took his lunch break to go to the repair shop my lawnmower was at to check out the problem and had Home Depot cover the cost of having the mower transported to and from the shop. Cudos Chris! Great customer service!!!

Do not buy an appliance from these bozos! They didn’t have the dishwasher I wanted in stock, so I had to buy it online. When the delivery team got here without notifying me, they decided that there was too much snow on the sidewalk. So rather than get out and knock on my door so I could spend two minutes shoveling or just grab the 80lb appliance from them, they drove off. So, I called to see if I could just do a pick up. It’s an appliance so they won’t let me pick it up. What incredibly horrible customer service. No wonder why Lowe’s has got a grab on their territory.
