Well, I took a leap of faith and took my 150yr old coo-coo clock in there for repair. They did just that. Was very happy with the results. I would trust them with my next clock repair for sure.

Hi!! I Stopped In With A Pepper Clock Today With A Bad Second Arm On The Clock. I Was Met By A Warm Older Woman At The Door, She Took The Clock & Fixed It. She Didn't Charge Me A DIME!!Merry Christmas!! Thanks For The Great Service!!!

Got a watch battery changed and then it died 3 months later. The original manufacturer opened it up to diagnose it and found the inner workings damaged and a piece of paper holding down the battery. There's no guarantee I can even get it fixed. I am disappointed. Not coming back

Wonderful place to visit. Get watch batteries and get clocks repaired and they have awesome unbelievable selection of clocks and watches. They also will take care of shipping your purchases out of state for you. Sent 2 clocks to our daughter in laws and they received them each in excellent condition and very timely. They called immediately and they absolutely loved them. Will continue to used them for all of my watch and clock needs. The owner and her family are very friendly and extremely helpful and go the extra mile for you. Thank you again

I was in the neighborhood and had some time to kill, so I stopped into Hawkins to browse around. I remember visiting this magical store numerous times when I was a child. Well, “time” has not been kind to this place. I felt like an uninvited guest in a hoarder house. Unfriendly gal upon entering and piles of broken clock parts, paper and dusty junk laying around everywhere. Really weird musty smell too. However,the coo-coo clocks hanging on the wall were amazing to look at and a few other unique style clocks and interesting decorative items were mixed in amongst the crowded aisles. Enter at your own risk, lol.

I needed to ship my parents' 30 year old grandfather clock from Milwaukee to Virginia, and I was having little luck with shipping companies. I emailed Hawkins on a whim, and Gloria immediately dove in to help solve my dilemma. Over the course of a few months, Gloria and her husband moved the clock from my parents' home to their shop, evaluated the clock, built a shipping crate for the clock, and contacted a shipping company to bring it to me in Virginia. And it cost half the price I was quoted by the one shipping company that replied to my emails. The clock arrived in the same condition I had last seen it in Milwaukee, and is now in the hands of a local clock repair shop to bring it back to its original condition. I will be forever grateful to Gloria and her husband for helping me move this family heirloom!

Had my clock for half a year on the floor and didn't touch it. Tried charging 200 and no work was done at all. They said they couldn't get it to work and wanted to charge another 800, but again it was never even looked at. Very rude employees. no customer service whatsoever.
