Always great customer service! As soon as you walk in the door, they ask if you need help with anything. It can get overwhelming walking in a hardware store if you're not as handy. So being giving directions to the items, are super helpful. Have a great variety of items needed!

Called at least 10 places to asked for a specific micrometer and bore gauge. Every other tool or auto store asked me what it used for or just said no right away. I had to drive someone else here. However, when I've been here, they always seem to have (extremely) helpful employees & always a variety of items!
