We love the Nautilus, the service department is very polite they have taken care of every issue EXCEPT the transmission makes a sporadic howling noise when it shifts. I cannot make it do it it's sporadic and when I take it in they say they took it for a ride and they don't hear it. I have a couple years of extended warranty left and if it isn't fixed I will trade it in before the warranty is out and unfortunately it will be someone else's problem.

I stumbled on my car just after it was listed. I contacted my salesperson and set everything up. When I got to the dealership, my car was prepped, paperwork was in finance and bam, out the door with my new to me car! Such a great smooth easy experience with a great staff and knowledgeable people

Thank you GBL for making a stressful situation easy. I called Monday AM with car problems. Dawn was kind and efficient and helped me get a tow to my house to bring my car into the dealership within an hour of my call. The dealership was also kind enough to drive a loaner car out to my house until my vehicle was finished. The team was in constant contact in my car was finished faster than I expected.
