Someone accidentally donated my belongings and it was urgent that I find it as I had medications in there. Daisy (I think that’s her name) helped me through the process of accidental donations but Abby really helped me in finding my belongings. She was kind enough to really go out of her way to expedite the search for my bag (because of my meds) and she was super nice, helpful, and understanding on the phone. I genuinely didn’t think I was going to find my stuff again so thank you to Daisy and especially Abby. I appreciate it so much!

I’m in shock. I don’t know if this is all locations, but at this location I witnessed 6 if not more employees removing all the sale colored tagged items from the racks. When I asked an employee if she was removing only pink tags she straight up lied to me and said a mix of tags of items that were the oldest. False. I watched this women for 15 minutes remove pink tag after pink tag along with many other employees doing the same thing. They bring you in there searching for sale tags when in reality they have removed every sale item. False advertisement right there. Also disgusted with goodwill in how shady that is. This leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth and it’s another reason I not to shop there anymore. The picture with hangers all had pink tagged items on them before being removed.

I can always find something cool here. The prices have been going up but I guess this is the case everywhere. I'm just more picky about what I purchase. The employees are friendly and helpful.

Avoid at all costs. I have no clue who is pricing items, but they need their head checked. Broken, damaged, soiled items on the floor for full retail. If it’s new in the package it’s over retail. Quite frankly pathetic

The store itself is alright , but poorly run and managed by its General Manager Maria Alioto. She also mistreats her employees and customers.

Prices are ridiculous for a 2nd Hand Store. Costumes that were originally Donated in a package are now being sold separately. For example...The Pirate Costume clearly shows that the pants come in the package as part of the costume but they are not in there. They are actually being sold separately on a rack next to it. This is not the first time we have experienced this. People don't donate to you so you can price gouge and take advantage of others. Will be finding a different place to donate our monthly items to. You are an embarrassment to our community. The one on Miller Parkway is even worse.

Great selection, but I felt sort of rushed like people were mad that I was taking a while to look. Either way I will be back because they had great holiday stuff ☺️

This is my favorite Goodwill, when I decide to come here, I find top-notch clothes, in good condition and the items alike.Things are always organized, the staff is very helpful and attentive. Not like in others.Although you won't find much on offer here, as in other places, this one maintains the prices, but it is worth the move to this business. I travel from another city here because of the quality I find here.

Went to donate and I got ambushed by a large party of goblins and the donations guy Agustin (who is a tier 2 mage) came out and helped me fend them off with the meanest Flare-spell cast you have ever seen. Afterwards he dapped me up and gave me a snickers bar. 5 star highly recommend.

These two employees were standing by me and my 12 year old daughter they were talking about being Mexican and us roaches need to go back from where we came from. These two individuals thought I didn’t understand English but little did they know!!! Theses employees are Angel and Tierra I took a screenshot of their name tags. I don’t understand how Goodwill have discussing employees that speak about other and children. This is a disgrace and they should be fired this will be mentioned in the Spanish journal.
