  I have a package dropped last week. But I still can not track it online, it shows there is no record found from this tracking number. And I can not get a real agent to help me because the tracking number was invalid. This makes me feel very concerned, because this is a time sensitive shipment. Can the owner or agent of this store help me with this issue?

  I did not get an response from the owner, looks like the package did not get picked up for some reason, hopefully they can pick it up tomorrow. Otherwise, I will miss the deadline to return

  Very irritated. Arrived at the store at 3:45pm. Waited 10 minutes at the desk, no one around. Finally someone appeared and told me he couldn’t return my package. He didn’t have someone to take care of it. Come back tomorrow or go to other store. This office max has really gone down hill. Won’t be back
