Very irritated. Arrived at the store at 3:45pm. Waited 10 minutes at the desk, no one around. Finally someone appeared and told me he couldn’t return my package. He didn’t have someone to take care of it. Come back tomorrow or go to other store. This office max has really gone down hill. Won’t be back
