If I could give 0 stars I would, dropped off package and got a text with the tracking number, it was one day delivery but I kept checking and kept checking and it just said it was dropped off at the location and the delivery date marked “pending” for a week straight, I finally contact fedex and they quickly route me to simply file a claim online. I do as instructed and have to wait longer almost a week at that for them to inform me my claim was denied…along with that I dropped off one package and my tracking number was saying it was one of 25 which I can assure you it was not. If I could have used UPS I would have but I did not pay for the shipping as it was a return label from a different company that chose to go through fedex. Hence why my claim was denied, and the company chose to resend their package as opposed to file a claim through them
