The staff at EZmotorcars helped me buy my first financed vehicle. The 104k mile Subaru was pet hair free and well detailed inside and out. All my questions and concerns were addressed in a very professional manner and any repairs are covered under there 3 month warranty which they stand behind. Would recommend to anybody and would shop here again.

This is our second time coming to look at cars, cash in hand to purchase a car outright. Found 2 cars I would have liked more info on and possibly test drive; however both times the employees just looked out the window and said nothing to us. Never acknowledged us. After about 10 min of walking around and waiting my husband and I decided to look somewhere else for a vehicle. They don’t want the sale, we won’t give it to them

Just purchased a 2004 Lesabre from this place and couldn't be happier. Pictures on their website showed all of the most common rust spots on the car and the staff was very friendly and personable. They were honest and didn't make us feel pressured to buy a car which is something you just don't get anymore.

Inquired about a vehicle through email and heard nothing back so I eventually called and no one at the office responded. I drove a ways out there to see a vehicle that was listed for 22k. I test drove the vehicle and proceeded to try and purchase the vehicle. I was told even with a down payment of over 10% I needed a co-signer. I had a co-signer there within an hour. The co signer makes triple what I do in a year and has substantial credit. It was about that time I noticed the attitude coming from the sales person and simple micro expressions, rolling of the eyes told me he clearly felt his time was being waisted. I was then told because the car was older (08) that I needed a 9k down payment. 9k on a 22k vehicle? They then proceeded to assume I did not have anything close to 9k, which truthfully I did but at this point I realized there was nothing “weird” with my application that caused me to need a co-signer, they just simply did not want to sell a vehicle like that to a minority like me. I cried when I left simply for how I was treated and the simple disregard for people without a 800 credit score.

Such an easy and fast process! Eddie was wonderful - thankful he was able to text vs phone calls because that’s easier for me during the day while at work. Traded in my VW Beetle for a newer VW Beetle Convertible. So happy!

Here’s my story: first the positives. Everyone is very pleasant to talk to and work with. Prices seem reasonable….at first.Now the cons: the “warranty” included with every vehicle is worthless. Since purchasing my car there less than three months ago and about 3,500 miles ago, I’ve had to: replace both passenger wheel bearings, and replace all brakes and rotors - none of which was covered under warranty and total cost me about $1,250.Being pleasant to deal with only gets you so far. When my “warrantied” car cost me over $1,200 in under three months, I get upset. A bearing going out is probably unforeseeable, but bad rotors and brakes squealing in less than 4,000 miles: THAT is foreseeable and I feel like they were greased right before I bought the car so they would not make noise for a while.Don’t recommend doing business here. Though if you wanna stop by and shoot the breeze with them, like I said, they’re pleasant.

I would like to tell folks a little bit, about EZ Motorcars, in West Allis WI. I purchased a 2017 Hyundai Accent from them, and I would like to provide an account of my experiences.A) During the shopping process: I had a great experience in the EZ Motorcars office. They greeted me in a welcoming manner, with no waiting. They patiently answered all of my questions. They gladly arranged for test drives. They let me spend as much time as I wanted with the cars. I visited the shop a few times, over a 2-week period, and I looked at a couple of cars. During the entire time, there was no pressure put on me, at the shop or via other communication, to make a hasty decision.B) During the purchasing process: I did as much homework and due diligence as I could, before negotiating the final purchase. This included taking the car to a local independent mechanic for an inspection. The salespeople at EZ Motorcars encouraged me to do this. I would interpret this as an indication that EZ knew that the car was in top shape, that they had given it a proper inspection already, and that they trusted me and the independent mechanic. The car checked out perfectly. In discussion of the price, the salesperson was considerate and friendly. He was transparent about many of the factors that go into the pricing, he was clear about components of the final price, and clear about the out-the-door bottom line. I left the shop feeling that I was treated fairly.C) Relative to other dealers: Simply: No calls, no emails, no hassles, no pressure. Of 6+ dealers that I had visited in the 3 weeks of my search, nearly all were calling or texting every 24-48 hours. (As an aside, and referencing these OTHER dealers: How can a dealer tell you that a car is going to be sold to someone *else* at any moment, yet hound *you* every 2 days to buy it? Does this make any sense? I’m looking at you, Russ Darrow.) The folks at EZ Motorcars spoke with me, handed me their cards, and then waited. I really appreciate that.

I called and spoke to Rob about a vehicle. I explained that my round trip would be close to 4 hrs. Because of my commitment to drive I asked about specific details of the vehicle. One detail asked was if they had done any paint work. He said NO. Because of the time and travel and trusting in his word, I had my credit union work on a loan before the drive. This resulted in a credit check etc. When I arrived the vehicle was clearly painted on the rear bumper and both drivers side wheel flare and half of the passenger wheel flares. There there was still painters tape on a bolt under the tailgate lid area. When I looked at the vehicle in the sunlight it became clear that the vehicle paint work was not even close. The vehicle was now 3 toned. Awful waste of time, gas and energy. Rob was very unapologetic and offered nothing other than he would send it back to get repainted. A total unprofessional experience . DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE GUYS.

I have been dealing with Rob at EZ motors for over a week, and I wanted to say that he is the most helpful and knowledgeable person I’ve been able to talk to you about Lincoln cars. He told me how to get the Carfax for free, he check to see if the car that I was interested in would be available right away, he told me how the process of shipping is handled. He did all this in the nicest way and was completely professional. I would highly recommend this group and especially Rob. Marian Hodges

I can’t say enough good things about these guys. I worked with Rob & Eddie on purchasing a used Rav4. The process from start to finish was smooth and easy. I came to visit in the morning and test drove the vehicle and decided to purchase it. I was in and out within an hour. Totally unheard of at any dealer. Simple, fast, smooth, and Rob & Eddie are both good people. I would definitely recommend buying a car from them!

Rob was a pleasure to do business with. The car was priced very well and detailed even better. As used cars go, sometimes there are unforeseen issues. Not the dealer's oversite by any means. Living an hour away, I decided to get it fixed at a local shop. Rob offered to pay for the charges and sent me a check promptly. I will do business here again!

Worked with both Eddie and Rob. Amazing customer service. I wish I could have found that in my hometown. Good on the car and a warranty I was very happy with. Definitely would recommend working with these guys, and I will definitely talk with these guys again when I need to buy my next vehicle.

Eddie at EZ motors gave an extremely accurate description of the Audi TT. Five minutes on the phone and we had a deal. Extraordinary service and honesty. Worth the 600 mile trip to pick it up. EZ motors sells quality cars, glad I purchased my Audi there.

My mom was in the market for a different car. We found a great car at EZ Motors. Great salesmen, no pressure, no haggle pricing, and a warranty. They were extremely kind and patient with my mom. A few days after buying the car we needed to purchase a new battery. EZ Motors reimbursed in full the purchase price of the battery. So happy we chose this dealer. Will buy again from them in the future.
