Don't hire this company. You are wasting your time!! The technician couldn't get my refrigerator repaired, walked away and left a big mess on my hand. My refrigerator is only 5 years old and the technician was incapable of finding the problem. Hiring this company is essentially wasting your time and money! I was left with a broken refrigerator for 2 months, including Christmas and New Year Day. Terrible!!

Nice employees. They came out for an issue that they previously fixed on our Electrolux washing machine. It turned out that there was air in our water lines. They did not charge us for the visit.

This team was super fast. We called last week due to our dryer belt breaking and they slotted us in for today (so had to wait a few days). But our time frame was 8am-12pm and sure enough within our time frame Manuel called, arrived, and fixed our dryer. The price was reasonable, timely, and professional. Will definitely be calling yall again for any future appliance fixes! Thanks!

They were supposed to show up between 8am-4pm for a diagnostic service and were a no call/no show. Extremely frustrating that they didn’t have the courtesy to call and reschedule. Yet, you’re expected to sit around all day waiting for them.

Manuel came out to look at our LG washing machine. Called before he came and arrived when he said he would. Very professional and friendly. Unfortunately the parts for our machine are no longer being made so it cannot be repaired. I would work with them again.

I called a couple of companies... some of which told me they don't repair LG refrigerators. When I called Elitech, they told me my fridge should still be under the 5 year LG warranty and gave me instructions on how to start the process with LG. The receptionist was very helpful and patient (I had to call LG back because they didn't dispatch the service order which Elitech needed). The technician called when he was on his way and right away was able to confirm something wasn't right. He was professional and quick with the repairs.
