By the Wednesday morning (before Thanksgiving) the speaker was repaired and no longer buzzed. “I scheduled an appointment on Saturday, July 13 at 4:30 pm at the Batteries Plus - 5474 S 27th St. for a phone battery replacement. I arrived and checked into the store at 4:00 pm. The cashier told me that the tech left 30 mins ago. I drove 6.4 miles and arrived before my appointment time and the tech leaves nor call me. The tech told the cashier that a 4:30 pm appointment was scheduled, but still left the store, that’s inconsiderate and unprofessional. I was very unhappy and dissatisfied with the non service that I received. The cashier said to keep that same appointment for tomorrow, but by tomorrow I would not have use of my phone because my phone’s battery was draining fast! So, I called the Batteries Plus location at 6150 N Port Washington Rd. And I told Trey about the situation and he said they carried my phone battery and I could come in as a walk in. I’ll have to say Trey and his manager made the situation better. Now, I can say I’m happy and satisfied with my over and beyond service. Thank you.”
“They repaired a broken Nintendo Switch for me about 6 months ago. It wasn’t taking a charge, so they replaced the charging port. It worked great for a few months, but then stopped again. I brought it back, and they honored the warranty repair. But, even better and the reason for the 5-stars, is that they went way over and above expectations. Not only did they fix the charging port, but they replaced the entire back case and the power/volume buttons. They were all broken/cracked as well from normal wear and tear. They didn’t need to fix all the extra stuff, but did it—all for free under their warranty. Not only do they have a customer for life, but I will always recommend and tell this story to whomever has a broken device. Thanks uBreakiFix!”
