Called to get some information on having custom hats made. The guy had no information to give, acted like answering the questions was a hassle and then just basically said nothing and hung up. I had been recommend Dunn's by a friend but apparently they don't need new business.

Shirt paid for and made. Never received. Called and emailed multiple times over a 2 week period. No call back. No email reply. No refund. No replacement shirt.Definitely will not be purchasing a shirt through them next year. Time to find a different vendor.

In my opinion, they have the worst customer service. There answer for everything is "its on back order. I recommend going elsewhere because it takes months to get your order. There is no sense of urgency after they take your money.

They do the spirit wear for our team. We ordered a specific kind of sweat pant. ordered 2 pairs because we know we like them and ordered the same last year. our child grew out of them and wanted a new pair. They sent us a completely different style of pants. When we asked why we got these specific pants instead of the ones we ordered, the answer was they ran out of those and used another style instead. we absolutely don't like these particular pants and they said sorry, too bad so sad basically. Ridiculous! I'll be sure to spread the word to other parents about them. There are other places that sell spirit wear so oh well.

On September 17, 2021, I ordered a Ignite the Spirit Bomberos Fan Wear t-shirt to benefit the Milwaukee Fire Department's Ignite the Spirit fundraiser. I was not provided a tracking number or any further information on the status of my order. I emailed Eric Dunn on October 6th, the listed contact person for this order and I did not receive a response from him. I also called the store on October 8th and no one answered the phone. Due to not receiving the t-shirt I paid for, I now require a refund.

Dunn’s Sporting Goods is a great place to deal with! Even though I was only getting numbers and a name sewn on a single baseball jersey, Brett made me feel like I was outfitting an entire team with his attention and rapid responses to my e-mails. This is obviously a place where the customer is valued, no matter the size of the order, and I highly recommend them. Thank-you for providing such a great experience!
