I am mobility impaired using a rollator. This stores doors are very hard to navigate and there are two sets to get into the store..I won't be back. Shame on you, Dunham's Sports!

I always find what I'm looking for here as far as sports/workout materials and such. Dunhams is the best place to go for this type of stuff.

If I can rate it a 0 I definitely will, new workers since I last came. Worker refused to allow me to buy because he felt “uncomfortable “ that I took a call to gain knowledge from someone in regards to what I was looking to get and if the ones offered were good or not. The guy in back MIGUEL mentioned not to point the phone towards the counter which i understood but instead of just saying hey we don’t allow you to be on phones at all in the back as it may look like your buying for someone else
, but he did not state that. Mind you there are NO SIGNs stating that policy anywhere in the store or entry way of the store, so how would one know? He made me wait like 20mins of him waiting on a customer to fill out paperwork on tablet and on paper while eating a big bowl of something instead of coming to me telling me he will not be assisting me!So because of that I was refused service even though I’ve purchased before and he pretty much embarrassed me in front of other customer who was also giving me knowledge on the items and got very rude as if I offended him or something. Store needs to do better, glad I was serviced somewhere who did not have that same dumb attitude or excuse to not service me!! Would love if the supervisor or someone higher then the manager position would contact me.

The stock is o.k. Eventually, I found what I needed. But the cashier was 'Out-there', and 'in another world', completely unengaged with reality. But at least the shoes are good. Just maybe, someone could make a case for A.I.

The product was older and dusty and you can't tell who works there, the employees looked like they work on a farm. I was so confused and left without soccer cleats for 3 kids.

They have fishing license, nice and close to where I live instead of driving 5 to 10 miles to get one.

Employees are rude I called the lady to help me with something twice she pretended like she didn’t hear me and kept going, and the guy at register was rude. He didn’t even say hi. I had to say hi to him and he looks sick with no mask on.

It is my 2nd Time or 3rd Time to this Dunham's Sporting Goods location. Their employees are not very knowledgeable about the products that they sell or if they sell certain products.I was looking for a 50 inch Bow string for my Recurve Bow.One of the employees there told me that he did not know what that was.I explained that it is a Bow string. He looked at me kind of dumbfounded.It was 6:20 P.M. according to my Watch.He then told me that the person who works in the department with Bows was on Lunch until 7:00 P.M.....40 Minutes on Lunch and nobody else can cover that department.I wish that Gander Mountain was still in business because they used to be a lot more helpful.I guess that I will have to try somewhere else for my products. Maybe Cabela's will have what I need
