We have remodeled 3 bathrooms and have chosen to use Do It Yourself Bathroom Center all three times. The staff is very professional and they definitely know and understand their products. They listened to my thoughts, made suggestions, pointed out pros and cons of various products and allowed me to take samples of products home. Remodeling is not just aesthetics; DIY staff understand the specifics of plumbing. They capably pulled out several catalogs, and with ease, pointed out fixtures they thought I might like and without missing a beat, they pointed out parts that I didn’t even know that I needed. We ordered a custom made shower floor. Again, they made recommendations and suggestions. We followed their advice and were very pleased with the product which arrived at the expected delivery date as did all of the products that we purchased. The store is small and mighty; I spotted a display of towel bars, cleverly designed towel holders and a unique mirror. I was able to either order them or take them right off the wall and put them up in my remodeled bathrooms. I would highly recommend Do It Yourself Bathroom Center.Service: Remodeling

Bought a shower kit, 3 panel with base. All the panels were bowed in the middle. They never explained that I had to put them in the sun and weight to them to remove the bow. They claim this is normal and not a defect. Would not exchange the item or return the item as they also claimed it was a custom order even though I didn't give them custom measurements. They won't even take bake the soap insert or 10ft trim pieces. Seems they only cared about my 3 grand and nothing more. I will never go back

This is the second bathroom remodel we’ve used Do it yourself bath for our bathrooms. Great service and knowledge from the staff. Skip the box stores as this hidden gem is small in size but packs a lot of great products.
