BUYER BEWAREWe ended up with the less than desirable results in our purchase of a dining room table and chairs.We placed an order on August 5, 1923 with a promise delivery date of 8 to 10 weeks.The delivery date was actually 14 weeks when the table arrived. The table top was damaged. It had to be returned to the factory in Ohio..The new table finally arrived December 20, 2023. 19+ weeks after the date of the order.In our discussion of purchasing the order, we picked wood color, upholstery color and leg. style. We chose a 48 inch round table with the self storing leaf. Which was more desirable for us as senior citizens.What was delivered was a 48 round table with a removable 18 inch leaf. Shame on us for not asking more questions or more accurate information regarding the manufacturer.Our feelings is that we were led to believe one style and received something different.Mr and Mrs Joe Kwiatkowski

We purchased a beautiful 5 piece dining room set from Kent. Very nice gentleman. Unfortunately the experience soured quickly. It cost $150 for delivery, which I completely understand, but the delivery person used my bathroom which I thought was really weird and unprofessional. Then I go to leave for an appointment and see that they left all the packaging materials (foam corners, plastic film and cardboard) all over my driveway and some had blown into the neighbors yard. We ordered 2 extra chairs that were supposed to be in in 4-6 weeks, so finally nearly 3 months later I call to see what the hold up is only to find out they had been sitting there. “Well we called you- we got them a while back.” They never called let alone left a message. I really like the set but was really disappointed with my experience with this business and wouldn’t recommend them to friends or family.

Purchased a dining room set in January. Beautiful 5 piece set and 2 additional chairs. Delivery was $150, which I don't have a problem with, but one of the delivery people used our bathroom and they left all the garbage (styrofoam and plastic wrap type packing material) in the driveway. I went out to leave for an appointment and some of it was still in the driveway and other pieces had blown over to the neighbors yard so I had to go collect it all. For $150, I would've expected a little bit more care taken. The extra chairs were supposed to arrive in 5-6 weeks, so I finally called a couple days before Easter and the man who answered the phone told me "We called you, they've been sitting here a while." No one called me from Dining Furniture Showcase, let alone left me a message about it. I would not recommend this business. I had living room furniture delivered from Steinhafels a couple weeks before and the experience was far better.
