I absolutely love this place. The customer service is 2nd to none. Every so often I bring my little one in with me to get him a eisenhower silver dollar which then became kind of a ritual because the first time I brought my little one there with me, Mike gave him one for free. They are very knowledgeable and won't sell you short. They are very up front and honest. They deserve more than 5 stars...

Have purchased from Derzon several times, they have always treated me very fair on value. When they quote a price over the phone to purchase items, even thou the market value had gone up. They stood by the lower price they quoted me on that day, even thou the value had increased. A good, family owned Business. Thank you.

The selection was low when I visited the shop, prices were fair for a brick and mortar around 9% higher than online for the gold I purchased on my visit. However I brought in NGC graded morgans and the offer was so low I was almost offended, just over 50% of ebay comp value for the same ngc grades. As we all know in the coin world if you can't sell there, don't buy there. As when your time comes to sell you want to have a relationship with who you're selling to. There has got to be better in the Milwaukee area.

I went in there the other day to sell a roll of silver quarters. According to the Internet price of silver, they were worth $4.10 each. I walked in, showed them the coins, they checked on a computer and offered me $3.75 each. Done! $4.10 is the most they could get for them - it's a business that must make a profit. $3.75 was very fair. The whole process took about five minutes. The store is clean is well organized.

Went in there with two liberty dollars and a few other coins. He weighed them and the one stamped CC, the rarer and more valuable of the two turned out to be a knockoff. He paid a fair price for 2 and probably beat me on the other one. It's a small store with not much stuff in there and the owner and emoyees were all very nice.

Truly enjoyed this place, silver premiums were on spot with other dealers nice selection and staff was great. For those that need the red carpet experience and given attention at their beck and call just stay home this is a not the place see if you can book an appointment at the Windsor Palace in London for that. Otherwise for the investor and everyday person this place is amazing!

Was looking to bring in a gold chain to sell. As I’m walking up to the door the lady inside looks at me and goes and turns the lights off. It’s 4:26 and they close at “4:30” but their site says 5. I won’t be coming back with my business this place is a joke and I haven’t even made it in the door

Was looking to get a recent purchase tested for purity. They were extremely quick, no nonsense, and were so friendly and knowledgeable I even spent a few extra bucks on silver dollars. Infact the price was so reasonable i bought them all! Good luck finding more ;)
