If i could leave 0 stars, i WOULD!
I Went to shop here at 05/18/2024, and spent OVER $100 just to come out the store into the parking lot, (after being harrassed by a White Male employee while shoping) To My Car & I; Being completely surrounded by West Allis Police, with some type of mechanism by my car to stop any attempt to leave (which was unnecessary as i did not attempt leaving as i wanted to prove i didnt steal)
& proceeded to Say Burlington called the PD saying we were stealing & searched our Bag's & receipt & did not find NO STOLEN ITEMS!
Then was told from police Before leaving " We just got the call, Take it up with Burlington"
I won't be shopping here ever again, and will be telling everyone else not to shop here unless you like to be HARRASSED for NO reason!

Opened as a really good store many clothing options has maintained itself as a good store has some Calvin Klein and Jill Ireland clothing and not as famous designers. Nice store to shop at dollar amounts spent moderate the store has large paintings for sale and sells a small amount of part wool yarn. I hope the store would carry wool coats someday. Sewn together leather coats would sell very well to as they are windproof and waterproof. Some sewn leather pieces are matched and sewn in a straight pattern coats, jackets and purses, handbags, shoulder bags. Good store. Large parking lot available, wheelchair accessable. The clothing lasts I have a some clothing I bought there. Christmas shopping is extremely busy 4 cashiers long lines wait in ling 1/2 hour or 1 hours.

The prices and selection are okay, but the checkout process is consistently a nightmare. Plan on waiting an hour in line to check out, as there will often be 50+ customers in line with only 1 or 2 cashiers (and one went on break during the midst of this). I WANT to like shopping here, but over the past few years, I always regret it.

Always issues at the register counter. There is always 1 person at the counter and when another associate comes to the counter to assist at their register which froze up as always an issue that holds me and family up at the desk but again no apologies and explains why I don't shop this place often. Worst customer service I have dealt with at this retail store.

This store does have decent deals and some harder to find items. However the lines are terrible it took me almost a hour just to checkout with 4 shirts ?. They only had two people working the registers which was insane when most of the shoppers had a good amount of items. Hopefully one day I'll go in here and get in and out
