When I arrived the open sign was on, I think it was about 4pm just the other Friday. There was a handwritten sign in the window that claimed the employee would be back in 5 min. Five minutes from when, who knows, but I wasn't gonna stick around and wait. The store was closed when it shouldn't be. This is not the first time either. I had to go to the one on 76th street.

For some reason when I went to pay remainder of my bill, I never gotta a text confirmation, but I called and the store sales person, and he helped fix it quickly

POOR SERVICE! the guy was super rude, overcharged me and did not give me explanation of what he charged me for. The service was bad, internet did not work on the phone. He told me the phone bill was $90 and when I checked online it said $114. He’s a big liar (DON’T NEVER GO THERE. HIS NAME IS ALEX)

Poor customer service and took 2.5 - 3 hour to have everything messed up. Refused to let us ask any questions.Will NEVER GO BACK AGAIN. We dropped the service and went with someone else.
