I received the worst customer service I have ever received at any store in my life. The sales associates, or owner, or whoever he was, sold me a phone that was More expensive than the phone I had asked for and I was basically tricked into buying that phone because in the beginning, he didn’t have the phone I wanted. Yet later, in the conversation, he did end up having it. So, I needed the new phone activated, and I repeatedly had asked if I could avoid the fee and activate it myself. I never got a clear answer and before I left the store without my permission, they did activate the phone, and charge me the activation fee which I Made extremely clear the 10 times I had told them I Did not want them to do that and I Would do it myself. After I realize they activated it with all my permission I requested a refund I told them to deactivated. I told him I didn’t They did nothing to try and fix the botched system. They used to make more money off of me.do Not use this store unless you want to be ripped off and lied to!

My husband bought his prepaid card to continue his service but is unable to.When he dials the number on his prepaid card as he does monthly, the phone doesn’t allow him to enter the code from the back of the card. Instead the page keeps flipping back to the dial page.After many attempts to activate the card he was able to call Boost Mobile but they never answered the phone after leaving the message to call back.We went to the nearest Boost store. The girl there said she didnt know how do it.We the. Went to the next Boost store.The gentleman there said the system was down and it could take up to two weeks before it’s enabled to use the prepaid card unless we pay again and he could do it for us. How frustrating.So my husband is without his phone and we either pay again at Boost for them to do it directly ,try activating on a daily basis for a couple weeks with the prepaid card until it works, or lose the card and go to another phone service and also purchase a new phone.

The stores posted hours are not correct. Sunday 12pm-5pm, every Sunday when I'm able to go buy new phone or a new case this location has never been open anytime past 330pm. Idk if I'm wrong in posting the review I have but regardless this location seems to not need to be open maybe lack of sales. Totally understandable as do emergencies for employees. If the hours I have seen this location is open like their Websites POSTED HOURS are why is this store never ever open like the many many other BOOST stores are. Please update your current store hours to reflect when this location is really and truly open for Loyal Customer like myself since Boost opened their doors so I'm aware of the changes etc,. Thank You Boost for your attention to this simple overlooked UPDATES FOR HOURS/OPENED

I have been to this store few times when I needed a mobile service whenever I had a business trip to Milwaukee and they always treated me with respect. I always get great prices on their services. Few days ago I recommended them to a friend of mine to have her phone fixed, she had no hope to have it fixed! she had very important data on that phone and they gave it back fixed like a brand new one with no data loss. So I thought that I should write a review they truly deserve after many services I have had from that store and was always satisfied, they have gained my trust to them. They’re so knowledgeable for what they’re doing, friendly and reliable.
