I dont know what's wrong with this branch. Brought in a random denomination of bills to be counted and the woman tells me: you don't know how much this is? What if I steal from you? I was like what... then I bring in coins and they wouldn't take them. Withdrawing my money next week and going with a different bank. Absolutely awful customer service. Goodbye BMO

Been here for 40 minutes. Hundreds of dollars missing. My online account shows it as transferring to nowhere when I sent it to my BMO Savings account. They asked me to come inside. I'm high risk and this is MUCH longer than 15 minutes. It's always slow here, and it was a week long struggle to open a simple checking account. But now missing money? Guess I'm here to close my account. Filing complaint with BBB and may do more. It's like a trip to a 90s McDonald's. There are 8 people here who have been trying to get a resolution as long as me, and 6 bankers. How??

I hate to give them one star, but I have to. The ladies are always so nice, but they take about 15 minutes per car. If you’re going to be drive thru only, then don’t take so long. I’m consistently late to work because of this. They don’t open until 9:30. Even if you’re in line at 9:20, you’ll still end up not getting out until around 10.

We were in the drive thru line at 11:59am, and after waiting for 10 minutes a bank employee comes out to let us know that we will not be attended. Horrible customer service at its prime.

This has to be the worst bank for customer service. You need to allow at least 20 minutes for your transition to be processed. It's impossible no matter when you go.

Make sure you have about 30 minutes to spare. Each transaction takes about 15-20 minutes.

I tried stopping at the drive thru because it was after 5pm but before 5:30pm. (A lot of times I don't get off work till after 5pm) I tried going through the drive thru on my riding bike (I bike for exercise and to save wear on my car) and the representative (didn't get her name) told me she couldn't help me because I wasn't in a motorized vehicle. I told her another time another representative let me go thru the drive thru on my bike but she wouldn't budge. I felt she could have been a little more gracious and said "I'll do it this time, but next time you'll need to be in a motorized vehicle to go through the drive thru."
