Joselyn is horrible. I tried to deposit an insurance check into my business account that I have had for 10 years and she wouldn’t let me. I now need to go to a different bank to cash the checks. Very frustrating after doing business with them for 10 years.

I need to edit my review, I got locked out of my Zelle account over the weekend and tried calling CS but it was one of the most frustrating experiences I can remember having. I was told my wait would be 5-15min couldn't wait any longer after 26min with no contact, tried again the next day this time waited 43min and finally spoke with a nice women.

I have never been to a bank that was so helpful and caring in my life and I have been to many many banks. The business banker John has been tremendously instrumental in growing my Native owned construction business Four Winds Contractors. I highly recommend him to absolutely everyone.

Always under staffed. It's noon on the first business day of the year. There are 6 cars in line and only 2 drive thru open (out of 4 available).

Keep charging service fees when you have fee FREE accounts. Drive thru; Seems the last two months or so, every other time,got some new gal in. First thing she'll do is send the tube backfor i.D. IF YOU REQUIRE ID FOR CASH BACKPUT A FRIKIN SIGN OUT THERE. Today I told her to turn around, there's probably 1/2 dozen gals there that could recite my SS number from memory !!!!
