Great store!! Pretty good selection of a little bit of everything. They have a rewards program if you sign up for it. The worst part, for me anyways, is that it's located in downtown West Allis and it's always a slow moving adventure getting down greenfield ave. But do not let that discourage you at all from going there. Great staff as well!!

No one greeted me as I walked in, although staff was near the entrance door.Clean. Nice selection of goods; butthey did not carry the product I was shopping for.After I approached staff about the product I was looking for, and could not find, only then did staff become talkative, and appeared to become friendly.

Don't waste your money unless you're just getting a spoon. Honestly, just go to Smokin Glass, the dudes there won't sell you unusable garbage, Blu's can sadly no longer be considered a trusted distributor. Bought a trash rig here, holes were too small to even use the tool a single time. They basically told me no exchanges or store credit, even though it was a manufacturing defect and the receipt says exchanges possible in select cases. This place was much better 10 years ago, basically just donated 70 bucks to this trash factory.

Very knowledgeable staff , large selection of glass and a nice selection of tapestries and clothes too. Don't forget the incense ????
