“Jim and his team came highly recommended by my close friends, and I can see why as I had an excellent experience. He is very kind and fair, even though he was booked out for the week he agreed to take a look at my car right away once he heard I was having a safety issue with my brakes. He was an effective communicator regarding what work needed to be done and as someone not very knowledgeable with vehicle mechanics, I felt he did not push for me to get extra unnecessary work or try to up charge me. Overall a great experience and I would absolutely recommend his services if you ever need any work on your car (especially if you are someone who is not knowledgeable in vehicles that is anxious about going to the mechanic and getting scammed). “I was so impressed with the work Brownell did with my Lincoln! I was sure they'd gave to replace the whole end gate but they were able to pound out a very deep dent and it looks as good as new!! I paid for the repairs on my own and it was very reasonable! This is the place to go, hands down!!”

“Not sure why there are some poor reviews. I’ve been going here for legit repairs and all were done right. BEST PART OF MY EXPERIENCES::: I took my van in for oil change and told Randy that I hear a rattle inside the drivers side rear wheel every time I went over a pot hole or bumpy area of any road. Like a part was loose inside the tire or something. After many correct repairs on my vehicles I told Randy to fix whatever it was making this noise rattle and not to bother calling me for the go-ahead repair after they found the problem. Just take the wheel off and fix whatever it was. Randy called telling me they took it for a test drive and couldn’t hear much. So I said FOR SURE there is noise in the rear wheel drivers side!! Went to pick up my van Randy said they realized the back seat wasn’t secured in the clip and it was causing the rattle!!! lol. Randy could have told me it was wheel problem and I needed some big expensive part. He knew I wouldn’t know the difference and I would have said go ahead and replace the parts. That is a sign of a good and honest mechanic. Hard to find these days. I and my friends all go to ABC Auto without worrying.”
