I have a few comments to make. First I was very nervous to come to the dentist for the first time with out insurance but they have good pricing compared to other places I call. Second, the lady that took me back was training and she was doing such an AMAZING job answer the trainees questions and most importantly why and she was very kind and sweet. Third, the doctor here may be very young looking but he is EXTREMELY caring and knowledgeable in what he is doing. Makes sure all of your questions or concerns are answered and addressed. And lastly. I was terrified of the cost I was going to pay out of pocket due to me needing a root canal and cap butttttt this lovely lady Cinderella helped me apply for care credit and helped me book all my appointments and was very helpful with all my questions with appointment and billing concerns. I can say it was an amazing experience from beginning to end and I look forward to the rest of my appointments to have my teeth healthy again.

I will never go to an Aspen Dental again. We booked basic cleanings online and their systems were down, so I got X-rays and a quick check up and only one of my sons got a cleaning. They failed to bill insurance and we received our inaccurate bills months later. The office manager promised they would fix but still sent the bills to collections. The collections agency called me 4-5x/week and had to reach back out to a different office manager that let me know "they couldn't proactively catch all of the billing errors" and said it would take 30+ days to correct and all they could do about the collections agency is submit a ticket. Unprofessional in so many different ways!

I had a new denture made. It fit beautifully on the first try. It didn’t even need adjustments! They worked with my budget to make the cost very affordable.The whole team was very professional and so friendly! I will recommend Aspen Dental to everyone I know.

The dentist Dr. Scott was very nice and was very gentle while teeth were being pulled. Then he called me at home later to see how I was doing.

I've had a bad experience with another office. Coming here I was made comfortable and they took their time with me made my experience welcomed and least fear and I had few teeth contracted back tooth which is the worst to be pulled out he was gentle and took his time .I happy with my service
