The staff here are so professional and helpful with whatever I need, whether glasses, contact lenses, or just a better fitting of my glasses on my face! Imani was the one who helped me today and she's the best! Love this company and this location. You will too.

NOT TRUSTWORTHY! WORST DECISION! POORLY TRAINED! Do not go! RECEPTIONIST is GHETTO with an ATTITUDE and will LIE in your FACE about an order that they lost. No ACCOUNTABILITY. NO RESOLUTION. LACK OF REMORSE. Worst of all she hung up after she told me to shut up.

I’ve never been to a more disorganized store/service. Received multiple contradictory instructions from employees and also received attitude from some of the employees and doctor when I explained I was doing what I was told.

Bad customer service, you walk in and no one talks to you. You call to ask about a service and they don't tell you all the information, you arrive at the place and they change everything. The doctor doesn't explain anything at all, she has a very bad attitude...at least with us that was our experience. They schedule an appointment for you and they do not attend to you at the time of your appointment. They leave you waiting, pass you by and ignore you. Definitely the worst experience.
***The only exception was Karen (Optician). She was very sweet, she treated my daughter very well and explained everything to her***

I bought eyeglasses 2 years ago at America's best. I am purchasing eyeglasses again this year. Found flat metal frames last the longest. Optometrist exams, flourosein photos of the eyes too. Small dollar amount for eyeglasses. Free parking available. Wheelchair accessable. Purchased with insurance copay, eyeglasses they are great.

If I could give this store no stars I definitely would! This store is full of incompetent people. I called and called to check on my contacts and they kept saying they’d give me a call when they were ready (the dates kept changing) I waited a whole month and I called and they said “yes they are ready and we gave you a call” how do you call someone and not leave a voicemail? How do you call and I have no record of you calling no missed calls etc. the staff members just sit and chat all day so making phone calls should’ve been easy. I do not recommend this store, very unprofessional and unproductive 0/10!

My first time visiting America's Best, West Allis location. The optometrist told me I would have to trial a pair of contact lenses and come back in 2-3 days before I could leave with my prescription. My contacts prescription hasn't changed in 10+ years. When I asked if I could leave with my written prescription same day she said "that's not how we do it here."
Luckily the floor staff was helpful and allowed me to leave the appointment with my written contact prescription. However, I got home and realize the optometrist (Sandrine Kounga) set my contacts prescription to expire 1 month from the date of my appointment.
If you do go here (and I don't recommend it), make sure your prescription is good for at least 1 year per US law.

I will never buy from such a bad store again, like America Best (which has nothing best!)My frames have been with them for over two weeks, to put on lenses. The manager doesn't know when they will be ready! Furthermore, I have to go in person to request a refund, and the manager doesn't know when I will get my glasses frames (personal) back!The manager didn't solve anything, and put me in the difficult situation of going back to the store to ask for a refund.There is a personal frame of mine, which was sent to install lenses that the manager told me he doesn't know when it will arrive. They told me that they have no contact with the laboratory and cannot tell me when my glasses will arrive.It's definitely a place where customers receive extremely negligent treatment.I will never come close to an America's Best again.Anyway, after three phone calls, everything fell on me, the store doesn't take any responsibility, I don't know anything about my personal frames, when will they come back to me?I just know that I will have to go back there at least twice, I will have to ask for a refund in person and I will have to go back to get my personal wire.The store does NOTHING for the customer, other than hanging up the phone on you, as the employee did, when I insisted on getting an answer.

My favorite location to come to. Staff are always getting you with a smile, treating you with kindness and respect. Very professional staff. I really appreciate them! I have been to other America's best locations who have been the complete opposite! Keep doing a wonderful job you beautifuls <3!

I made an appointment, was in and out pretty quickly. I got 2 pair for the same price as one where I used to go. Great customer service at the Greenfield store.

I bought 2 pairs of glasses. 1 for everyday, 1 for Special occasions. I paid extra insurance on the Special ones. Thay were close to $1,000 Total for both pair. Over the course of 2 years I may have worn the Special glasses 10 times max. They're uncomfortable. My relative noticed the spots on both sides of these glasses. I bought them in West Allis. When I took them in They told me I had 30 days to return any glasses. The extra insurance paid was worthless. I don't recommend. Those "Expensive" glasses were rarely worn. Not Worth The Cost. I won't be back.

I gave an extra star just for the employees working the floor there. Everyone is super nice and friendly except from the Optometrist. I went for my second trial contact exam in 6 months. Yes, it's taking 6 months just to trial two different pair of lenses. I was told that my prescription had already expired and that I would need a whole new prescription exam right there and then. She was accusatory, rude, wouldn't listen to my advice and I left with a refund of my exam fees.
