I contacted Allied Pools via their website when I was researching purchasing a hot tub / spa. As it turned out I did indeed buy from Dave and save. The experience was great from dealing with store manager Doug to the two men that delivered and placed my hot tub where I wanted it. I have a lot of years of playing sports and my muscles and joints feel it. The hydrotherapy I enjoy in my new tub is WONDERFUL relief. Thank you so much.

I would like to give Doug Javier a 5 star review. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy or intimidating. If your looking for a spa or anything else Allied handles , please ask for Doug you won't be disappointed. He had an answer for each of out concerns. He is a big asset for this business. Came in and worked with Tiffany for a winter cover on my 30x15 above ground pool...She was excellent...Knowledgeable, thorough and offered various pool cover choices. We agreed on a strong, durable cover to get me through many winters..Tiffany is a real professional, with excellent customer service skills.. I will do business here for ongoing pool supplies..

What a ripoff. Went in for bromine tablets for our new hot tub and the guy who helped us (he was very nice) pointed to a 4 pound bucket for $60, which was higher than Amazon but we thought we’d support a local business. When my husband handed the cashier with the long hair his credit card, he was told the total was $73. The math didn’t add up, so we questioned the total and showed him the price on the shelf. He just responded “well that’s not what the system shows” and would not do anything, like get a manager involved. I’m all for supporting local businesses, but we will definitely not be back.

Our pool has now been installed and I have to tell you that working with Jeremy and his Staff has been complete Joy. This is our first pool so I have had many questions but when I call Allied Pools they are always willing to help me through my concerns and questions. I sometimes have to leave a message but I always get a call back. Jeremy has been a great help to me while I navigate this new pool experience .

Well amazing from five stars to going to three maybe lower. Updated from Apr. 27. to today. May 4th as I await someone anyone from the warehouse to deliver my hot tub. Seriously what should be the easy part. And I get it if you're sick but come on Allied step up get off your ass and if your the owner higher a daman third party then. This is BS asi have other people I.e. landscaper and electrician to finish this . I don't know maybe before summer gets here! Oh so you know where you going to be at State Fair....hmmm

We spent hours with the sales rep going through what we wanted. Order was not as requested and they did little to correct it. Very disappointed.

We are first time hot tub owners. These guys were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They set us up with all the needed chemicals and educated us on how to take care of our hot tub. Would definitely recommend this place.

Worked with Jeremy to fix some jets on my Jacuzzi 335. Top notch service & follow up & got it solved for me thru Jacuzzi corp. And I'm not easy to please! :) Equipment is great, but service is what counts! Highly recommend Jeremy/Allied pools for friends & everyone!

Allied staff has been there for us right from the purchase of our hot tub. To a level that isn't found much anymore. Tiffany went out of her way on her off day to come out to our place (35 minutea north of the store) and help us with our tub. 11° outside and it didn't stop her. Great customer service and very knowledgeable people.

We had a really, quite terrible experience with Allied Pools over the past 14 months.-September 2021: We went into Allied Pools and ordered a custom-order Tropitone cast-aluminum patio set. The ordering process was great, and the associate, Tiffany helped us and everything went well. She told us our patio set would be delivered in February.-May 2022: We had not heard anything from Tiffany since we placed our order in September 2021. When I called, Tiffany then shared with me that instead of February delivery (which had obviously passed), now our patio set was not going to be delivered until end of July 2022. We were frustrated, but we understand that due to the current economy/ supply problems, there are many delays.-June 2022: Without warning, our patio set was delivered! Which was a nice surprise. However, within minutes of us looking at it, we found that one of the legs was wobbly (we paid an extra $150 for the set to be built before delivery). We instantly called and complained and this is when everything got worse.Tiffany kept asking me to send her pictures in an email of "what was wrong". I kept explaining to her that pictures wouldn't show anything, because it was a wobbly leg. After multiple calls and complaints, Tiffany finally said they would pick up our table and "fix it".-July 2022: Tiffany called me on a Wednesday and said they were going to come pick up the table to fix it. When I asked when I could expect our table back, she said the same day. The table was picked up and was not returned to us for 9 days. (I had called 2 times while it was in their possession.)-July 2022: The table was redelivered, and instantly, we checked the table and the leg was WORSE than it was before it was picked up! I instantly called Tiffany and she said that it was fixed because "she fixed it herself". At this point, I was fuming. Between the delays, the fact that they delivered the table obviously broken in the first place, then sent it back still broken, all this time, I was having to constantly call and harrass in order to find out any information on the timeline and what was going on.After our table was given to us damaged for the 2nd time, I called and demanded a new table. Tiffany said that she would contact the manufacturer and send me a confirmation as soon as the new table was ordered. Again, weeks go by with NO communication from Tiffany until I call and ask her. It took er another 3 days to send me the simple email showing our table had been reordered.Just last week, November 2022, we got our table, for the first time in 14 months without any damages. The quality of the product is high, to match the price.But the entire process was so PAINFUL and DRAWN OUT. I would Never in a MILLION year recommend using Allied Pools for your patio needs. Tiffany was supposedly a manager, and her customer service was repulsive. She did not follow through with what she said, I constantly had to call her and push her to make anything happen. She never once made us feel comfortable with the 14 month process and fell short on so many expectations. If she is a manager, I can not even imagine the customer service of their normal associates.Again, our patio set is beautiful. But is should be for the $7,000 we spent on it. Please, do not go to Allied Pools. It was such a drawn out, excruciating headache. Please learn by my warning!
